Well made and looks nice ! Also holds a lot of paper towels worth every penny !

Looks nice

Function is good. Design is good. I wish it were more metal and less plastic. But it is a very nice looking and functioning item. It is part of the design decor, not an eyesore like many towel holders.

Great for a small office bathroom

Originally, I did not think that the towels fit until I moved the clear slats over into slot 3. They now fit perfectly! I am using Tork MB 579 towels, but I would think you could use any standard 9"-9.125" size multifold towel on this dispenser.

Refills (that fit) no longer exist. You have to replace the innards and order another size towel. We just purchased the dispensers in November of 2021 and installed them all over our three story church. Bad deal!!!

I run a Laundromat we used to buy rolls of paper towels and it was expensive and wasteful so I found this dispenser we save about 50% a month on paper towel purchases as customers don't use half the roll in one use! It locks to keep honest people honest too! I am even thinking of switching to one of these in my home!

Does not take a standard Tri fold towel
