Fox Run 1 X Can Tab Can Opener (1, Various)

I bought these new ones (red & purple, seller's choice) because my old white one finally cracked after many, many uses. In examining the new ones, I noticed that the bottom edge, on the side with the bar code label, is slightly thicker than the top edge, so now I'm careful to use the thicker edge to be the one I slip under the tab to lift it with the expectation that it may last longer.

Bought this to replace another one I’ve had for years. I popped the magnet off of my old one and Gorilla glued it to the back of this one so I can continue hanging it on my fridge for fast, easy use.

This is a wonderful little tool to help with opening soft drink cans. Really keeps you from ruining your nails!

Many years ago at a Tupperware party this little gadget was given to guests as gifts for coming to the party. So, over time I had collected a total of three, then I was down to one. At a Thanksgiving dinner years ago with a friend of my sisters in attendance, she noticed me using this nifty gadget and really liked it, so since I had two more I gave her one. Then this past Christmas I had a family gathering, opened up a can of soda for my nephew's wife, and she loved it, thought it was awesome! Yes...gave her one as well, LOL. Then decided to search Amazon for this product, EUREKA, found them! They are square at one end vs it being round, but works just the same and saves my manicure. Will order some more (for meeee) and some for my nephew's wife!

The "mouth" on this opener is too small for the tab on many cans. Even for the tabs that should fit, the edge of the opener is relatively thick and very hard to slide under the tab. For especially tight-to-the-can tabs, I had to find something to pry up the tab before I could get this opener onto it -- kinda defeats the purpose!

I love this can opener. I had one for years and it finally broke, so happy I could find another. Wish it had a magnet on the back but the hole is good to hang on a hook. I use it every day! Pop tops are nail breakers and this took prevents that!

So... my fault. I did read the reviews, but did not heed them...... while it's a great product for opening soda cans.. it DOES NOT WORK on pet food cans, canned vegetables, soup cans... etc.so if you want it strictly for soda, great... but for me, I basically wanted to replace my broken one solely for the purpose of opening canned pet food... fail!!

What a life saver. I've broken my nail 50 times opening lacroix. Not anymore!! I want 100 of these.
