I was afraid these would be too small to really protect my hand. I was pleasantly surprised to see they fit fully over my fingers, thumb & palm and held securely. When lifting a hot roasting pan out of the oven I had no fear my hand would be burned. I love how easy they are to slip on with only one hand for quick protection when my hands are messy and I need quick action (my full hand mitts take two hands to pull on and can get icky inside if my hands aren't clean and dry). Having two allows me to hold the pot handle with one hand and secure the pot side with my other hand. I usually use a size large garden or latex glove and these fit perfectly. Their small size make them easier to store, hook over the oven handle, or hang on a hook with the convenience built in loop. They also nest together and can be thrown into the dishwasher. You'll be happy with these little darlings. UPDATE: A full mitt is still needed when pulling a baking pan out of a airfry/convection oven when the shelves tip down. They are perfect for pulling out the shelf but not quite full enough to hold a hot pan that has no handles when the entire shelf is slanting down.

Handy to keep on oven door handle. Work well, but the stiffness of the design can sometimes make it awkward to pick items from the oven compared to a glove style product. Small size still allows burns to occur on hands and arms if you're not really careful.

This was an impulse purchase for me because I was looking for something better to use with my cast iron, I am sick of rebuying oven gloves every year or so because they either stain or just stop protecting your hands from heat. I have a silicone sleeve for the handle of my carbon steel pan so I decided to try this out, plus it seemed safer than using a tea towel especially with my gas burners. We love these for pulling baking sheets out of the oven, removing pot lids, and for handling my cast iron pans. The ridges give you good grip on whatever you're grabbing. The best part is we can put them in the top rack of the dishwasher to keep them clean.

the smaller size fits into the side drawers better than a hand-sized oven mitt. Can't feel any temperature , hot or cold!

These are fine, but the size is not as described. I think they reversed the measurements in the product photo, as it's about 3.25" deep and 4" wide, not the other way around.

These are great for outdoor grilling. I bought them to replace my oven mitts that began to melt whenever I handled the hot grill plates. No problems with these.

That works for me. I don’t burn my fingertips lifting hot hot lids or on a Dutch oven touching those two side handles works good

Da meine bisherigen Mini-Ofenhandschuhe ersetzt werden sollten, habe ich mich für diese entschieden. Sie sind zwar etwas kürzer, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Material ist dicker. Die Auflaufform konnte ich super anfassen. Von mir gibt es eine Empfehlung .

Great for a gas stove and can be doubled so getting 2 pairs is great! Don usually need two pairs because ridges keep the heat transfer reduced. I really find them useful. Also easy to clean.

The product has heavy rubber smell. Wash few times but the smell persist. Rubber is kind of thin and heat resistance is not to expectation.
