I’ve been using this since September 2023 and it’s been working well so far. I almost use it daily for 5-10 minutes.

The product stopped working in less than 3 months! and no way to reach customer support. For such an expensive product i didnt expect this to happen. Will stick to the basic cheaper steamers from now. Works much better.

Good product, vapour generation is excellent, easy to clean

This product is the duplicate copy of original Product. Low Quality, I have same model which worked for 5 years. I can see the quality difference.

The product is good and this allows to control the temperature though lowest temperature is still hot but manageable. You can go for it

It is only useful for facial steam. Dont buy this product to prevent cough or sinus issue. It is generating very low steam compared to other nano ionic steamers available in the market with this price range.
