In October 2019, the owners and Board of Directors made the difficult decision to dissolve the company, and on November 15, 2019, formal Articles of Dissolution were filed with the State of Colorado. Within a short period, the company will close fully, so we wanted to take a moment to contact all of you regarding the next steps.First, please know that we already issued formal notice to discontinue billing to your accounts. We utilize a third-party billing company, though, so they may not shut off the billing cycles immediately. However, we anticipate that billing to your accounts will cease quickly.Second, although FirstCam Outdoor, Inc. is entering insolvency, our plan is to allow you to continue receiving the cellular connectivity benefits of your trail camera through at least December 15, 2019, and have provided notice to our cellular partners AT&T and Verizon to that effect. Should this date change in any substantial way, we will provide supplemental notice to you all.Lastly, following the discontinuation of cellular connectivity, please understand that your trail cameras will still function for videography purposes, but any videos and images will need to be manually transferred to its intended destination.We will work to keep you updated on any additional developments that may arise throughout this process. Follow the video on the website to make the setup process easy.The cameras have been in the woods for 2 weeks now and the battery level has only dropped to 70%.I did a lot of research before purchasing this camera and I must say; it paid off. My brother purchased one as well. I would only review this game cam after personally using it first. The only downside I see is it's controlled by the 1stCamPro App, so hopefully they stay in business for many years. The attached photo is from my brother's camera. We had no idea these 2 big boys were back there until we installed the cameras. We also purchased the Master Lock Python Trail Camera Adjustable Camouflage Cable Locks 8418KA-2 CAMO and a small padlock. If someone attempts to steal them, at least it will not make their job easy and we may just get their mugshot profile. The reason for the small lock is so the unit is not easy to open and shut down, so this will keep the GPS tracking on during transport.UPDATE 10/18/2019 - It appears this camera is no longer supported by the dealer in Colorado and they cannot be reached.

After two very disappointing cellular cameras I did a lot of research to find one that had good picture quality. Well I found it. This camera takes excellent day and night pictures. I have had it in the field for a week and the batteries are still at 100% with lithium's in it. And that is playing with settings and accidentally taking 289 pictures one day. But contacted 1st Campro and the talked me thru some of the settings and were very helpful. I highly recommend this camera to any hunter or someone that wanted to use it for security. The only knock is of course you always want it cheaper...lol. Seriously a great camera so far.

So far so great with this wireless camera. After two years of reviewing wireless cameras on line, friends and hunting shows I couldn’t be happier with this 1st Campro camera!Picture quality is great day or night. Camera distance at night is better than expected.This camera has taken over 2000 images (haven’t used video option yet) and battery life is still at 100%.Easy of use and set up was extremely simple compared to others on the market.I love the fact you can change your camera settings sitting on my couch or anywhere else when I want more or less pictures.Picture plan is great and cheap compared to other cameras.If you are looking for a reliable, easy to use, all around great wireless camera you can’t go wrong with this one.I will definitely be purchasing a couple more in the future!

Could NOT link the camera to the mobile app. Kept telling me that the S/N and IMEI did not match. No customer support. No phone # to call. Tried to contact the company via the website support and email and still NO RESPONSE. Not worth saving the $50 extra I could have spent on a spypoint.

Amazing camera, battery life is outstanding and cellular service for getting notifications and photos or video is outstanding. Wish it had real time streaming capability but it works great. Excellewt customer service too. Answered all of my questions.

The whole thing stopped working and I cannot get it to work now with no reply from the company.
