Good workout
A little hard starting out once you get the hang of it pretty easy quite a good workout as well handed it to my boy he picked it up a lot faster than I did

Not worth the money.
Seen videos of people using this product so I bought it. As a person who does boxing for the past 15yrs. This product is trash. I get the concept but what you practice is what you do. Your head and eyes are constantly looking down. Which is a no no in boxing. Takes a huge amount of practice to even get it right. I stopped after to many shots to the eye. Not worth the money.

Works for your reflexes
At first it was hard to figure out how to hit the ball consistently. Overtime I was able to pick up and I must say this is fun. Just make sure you don’t hit your face.

Very interesting kit for family practice.
Should be a good choice from similar boxing balls, although I didn't try others. I bought it at a very low price. Not very hard to get started.
