Very efficient, fast, convenient and safe air fryer.
Never use this brand before, but after using it for about 4 months, I have to say this is really great air fryer. We used to have a smaller air fryer from best buy(Power airfryer), after it broke down, we decided to try something bigger for our family of 4. And this completely solve our problem. The capacity is big, as you can see from the photos, it fits alot of foods inside. The I bought this at February, and used it to cook my meal almost every single day, and it never failed me. I love to fry salmon with this, all you need to do is put the salmon fillet inside, and fry it for 15 min in 300 degree. And you got yourself with a crispy golden fry salmon. With a little bit of sea salt, it is absolutely amazing. I make egg tart, garlic bread and french fries with this fryer also. I feel it is doing better than the conventional oven. It is so much faster and still do the same jobs, and sometimes even better. Expecially for the french fries, it is super easy. All u need is to slice the potatoes up, and brush them with a little olive oil, and within 10 minutes, u got urself a plate of amazing golden french fries. Fried shrimps are also great when u cook with this fryer, just wrap the shrimp with garlic, oil and some cheeses inside aluminum foil, and fry it for 15 min, and you got urself a restaurant quality dish for the whole family. Also, this air fryer is super easy to operate, even my grandmother love to work with it. The box is very easy to pull out, and it is easy to clean, all u need to do is one click and one pull. And the touch screen make the cooking even more efficient and faster. One last thing I want to mention is that, it is a very healthy way of cooking compare to the traditional frying in oil or baking. The excess oil will leak into the bottom basket, so it make perfect bacon and chicken wing/drumstick while taking out the unhealthy oil, highly recommended for anyone want to maintain a healthy diet or lose weight. For the price I paid, it is worth every single dollar.

Get one
We had put off getting an air fryer for a couple of years. After finally getting one, I don't know what we did without it. We're a family of 6, so we needed a large one and this is about as large as I could find. It's been very easy to use, easy to clean up and seems to be of very quality construction after 3 months of use now. There is some trial and error in fixing certain things, but not too much. It's easy to open during the "fry" cycle so that you can check on your foods and turn them if needed. It can do a lot more than I ever gave it credit for. Just about anything that can be made in an oven (baked or broiled) can be made in this thing (if it can fit). Some things fixed in it turn out better than in the oven or deep fryer. Seasoned vegetables, fries...even garlic bread have all turned out better than our "old" methods. We were a little concerned over the prep times in some of the cookbooks to prepare for air frying but found they are just inaccurate. Prep times have been what they would be for any other cooking method and the cook times are sometimes cut in half or more. Claiming "oilless" is also a little misleading...if it took oil before, it will take a little still. We're talking a tablespoon or less compared to full deep frying, however. For example, just enough oil to coat some cut potatoes in order to get the seasoning to stick and have them nicely browned is all that's needed. My only concern with this air fryer would be with some of the hard plastic parts that make up the basket handle. I'm afraid if it were dropped, it would easily crack or break. The basket itself is all metal, but the handle attached to the drawer assembly is hard plastic. It will probably be fine...it's not really any different than what most everything else is made of. If you're on the fence, get off it and get one. This particular one has been great so far for large capacity.

The REAL Best Air Fryer! *****
I LOVE THIS INNSKY AIR FRYER!!! Please read this entire review and you'll understand why... After HOURS of research, reading, and watching videos, I bought a different air fryer - the Cosori - because it was rated #1 on Amazon and everyone who had one seemed to love it. Sure, there were a few negative reviews, but not that many compared to the positive reviews. But as soon as I used it, the toxic smell of burning plastic was overwhelming! And, it wouldn't go away. I'm a foodie and I write about eating. I didn't leave plastic in it; I followed all the directions. I even cooked lemon juice, baking soda, and vinegar, each time for 20 minutes at 400* with each solution. This wasn't just that initial smell we can get with electronics... like the first time you use a flat iron for your hair. This was so bad, it permeated my entire house! One review that acknowledged this said, "Use it outside for the first few days." That's ridiculous; this smell was so bad, my throat hurt! Another review said, "Only 1% of these end up with a smell that won't ever go away." That's unacceptable. I tried cooking vinegar, baking soda, and lemon juice in it. 20 minutes at 400* each time I tried a new solution. It didn't make ANY difference. I really wanted to love this first air fryer, but it was defective. The burning plastic smell wouldn't go away. I finally knew I HAD TO RETURN IT. In fact, I couldn't wait to get it out of my house. Perhaps Cosori sends their air fryers to all the online/Amazon influencers so they'll post positively about them. I was mostly disappointed because I'd done SO MUCH research! I'd invested so much of my time, I couldn't believe I'd chosen POORLY. I had done my homework but it didn't pay off. I was back at square one. I still wanted an air fryer, but I was afraid of making a similar mistake. So, I did MORE research, watched MORE videos, and looked at every listing. I was tempted to just say, "Screw it!" and buy the Gourmia air fryer on sale at Costco for JUST $49.99. But again, I read reviews on that one that mentioned the smell. If I made the same mistake again, I'd be beside myself. I was tempted by the Instant Vortex Plus, but saw too many similar negative reviews on that one, too. I'm telling you, I really shopped around and watched countless videos (I invested WAY too much time on this, especially for an appliance that is less than $100.) :-) Does this review have a happy ending? It DOES! I tried again and took a leap of faith and bought this: Innsky Air Fryer XL 5.8 QT, [2022 Upgraded.] It was list price $129.99, on sale for $89.99 plus a $10 coupon so it was only $79.99 total. I'd never heard of the company until now, but the listing page indicates they have more than 20 million customers. I chose it because it the listing boasted the following: "Stainless steel interior & body ensure durability and no odor smell during cooking, PFOA-free & BPA-free (test passed) 100% safe premium material ensure your healthy life. Luxury patented look, structure & material were certified by ETL & RoHS." An RoHS rating is a European certification for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. They extend the warranty, too, for FREE. The few reviewers who'd had any kind of issue reported that it had been handled with care and speed by the company (unlike what I read in reviews of other air fryers!) After washing and drying it, I set it for 400* at 20 minutes. I barely smelled anything. VERY promising! Then, I cooked a bowl of vinegar in it just to be sure it didn't have any industrial residue, and all I could smell was the vinegar. I finally cook food in it, and guess what? All I could smell was the FOOD! I've used it several times as of this writing and it's a KEEPER. I made Brussels sprouts the other day and the outside leaves were as crispy as potato chips. Yum! I've since made a few things and I'm very excited to have a FABULOUS, well-made air fryer. I wish you luck on your purchase, whatever you decide!

Hotter than my other two air fryers
I already have a large, round basket air fryer, and a small, dorm sized fryer for when I just want to make a few french fries, but I had heard that the square basket would hold more food, so decided to try this one because of a link on an affiliate recipe site. Well, this is one very nice air fryer! My round basket would hold 2 chicken legs and 3 perogies, almost my complete meal. (I'm only cooking for one.) But the Innsky square basket will hold my two legs, 3 perogies, 8 cauliflower or broccoli tots, and still have plenty of room for more! My entire meal now fits into the one appliance! Now, when I cooked my chicken legs in my older round Farberware (which is also an excellent air fryer), I had to set it to 400 degrees to properly cook my chicken. The Innsky runs hotter. I now use the chicken setting, which is 360 degrees and have to cook the legs 3-4 minutes less than at the higher temperature. So, less cooking time is a plus in my book! I also cook my porkchops in it and they come out wonderfully juicy, crispy edges, and perfectly cooked and so tender! English muffin pizzas for lunch? Don't in less than 5 minutes! Cornish game hens? (Yes,plural, this holds 2 with room left over) Cooked to perfection! And I have even roasted a pork tenderloin in it and it came out perfectly cooked, tender, and simply delish, and less time that in the oven! I'm still using all 3 of my air fryers, but my Innsky sees the most use, simply because it holds so much more! Very happy with the purchase. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars? I have handled this with kid gloves, using only silicon utensils, washing by hand with only a dish cloth, never using Pam-type products, but just from removing the basket I have already noticed that the teflon coating seems to be getting scratched, and I've only been using it a few weeks so far. My older air fryer that has been in use for over 1 1/2 years shows no such wear. So I have my doubts as to the "staying power" of the teflon coating. But still very happy with this fryer, and I give it a big thumbs up!

This one Hit the Mark
I ve had mine for 6 years. I use it regularly. Even the oven has airfry option, this is much more convenient. I always use parchment paper, makes clean up easy. Controls are easy. Basic appearance. Over time the latch for basket gets glitch. After 6 years, definitely value for the money and reliable. Cooking time function, can alwayd be adjusted especially if preheat vs not preheat.

First Airfryer And What a Gem
I've been hearing about this whole airfryer thing but never really paid it a whole lot of mind until I was in the hospital and killing time at oh dark thirty when I was awakened and couldn't go back to sleep and did a bunch of research, video watching and review reading that led me to this unit. I love roasted veggies but loathe the time it takes in the oven . I enjoy chicken tenders and patties but usually settle for subpar microwaved cooking of them , again time is the reason . I really enjoy grilling chicken , fish , occasionally bacon and eggs all year except the humid heat days of Virginia summers but after working in the heat all day I too often just use the oven or order out . No more on several fronts. I've roasted several varieties of frozen veggies and adore the quick time and ease to get that just charred crunch to them . Honey battered chicken tenders in 12 minutes that taste oven baked ? Check that box also . A thick cut chuck eye steak I got on sale was also easy to get to my desired medium rare preference in about the same time as it takes to grill minus the 15 minutes for the charcoal to get hot . Since my 13 year old daughter was available I helped her set things up and read out the instructions on setting it up and getting it going. It took under 5 minutes to it set up and preheating for the first time . The User interface of this unit is very easy to navigate and understand . My only regret is not cooking for the first timed cook with nothing in it. My broccoli , though yummy , wasn't quite oven delicious and the entire house smelled of new plastic even though I had cleaned the unit prior to using. Second use smelled while it was preheating but when cooking brussel sprouts there was only a hint of the onion powder I'd coated them with . The 3rd time I used it , no smells outside of the area of the unit while it was preheating and also nothing while the tenders were cooking . I can't speak for other brands but this one you can adjust the temperature and cook time while it is cooking , which was really handy after flipping the tenders and seeing they were hot but not quite to my crisp preference so I raised the temperature from 360 to 380 for the final 4 minutes . My kitchen is being renovated from water damage so I'm using a temporary cabinet to set it on and a bathroom sink to wash it out (I guess I could use the bathtub ) and it's easy peasy. Even grease from the steak came right off and it's ready for another use without smoking up the house . Easy to use and understand user interface . Enough room for a small/medium bag of fries without being overcrowded at all . Enough room for a whole bag of chicken tenders or fish sticks without being crowded. Very wide temperature range and changeable on the fly ability . Snug open and close but not so snug it's difficult . Dare I say it fun to use . If that's what you're looking for in an airfryer give this one a try .

Great little air fryer that makes life tastier and easier
I hesitated about getting an air fryer and did a fair amount of research; read multiple reviews and toiled over size. This air fryer is just right for two to three people. So far I've cooked chicken wings - and they were the best ever; chicken tenders, brussel sprouts (I cooked a little too long so looking forward to the next batchI), potato chips, frozen cod filets and frozen french fries. What I really like is the automatic shut off and ability to season your food, put it in the air fryer and not worry about splatters and burning your food. The cleanup is a breeze. So far all I've had to deal with is wiping with a little soapy water, rinse, dry and put my air fryer back on the shelf. If you read anything anout these - they are not a "fryer" at all. They're a very efficient convection oven that really cooks just about everything well. There is no shortage of online recipes other - this came with some recipe ideas to get started. Works like a charm and I'm very glad I purchased.

This is a legit product
At first I was suspicious of 81 perfect reviews which I have never before seen in all of my years shopping at Amazon. With the Amazon 30 day return policy and a generous 60 day no questions asked money back return from the vendor, I decided there was little to no down side and made the purchase. I have had a smaller circular analogue 3.8 qt air fryer (still available from Amazon) for several years and decided to upgrade since I use it so much. The square design takes up the same space but allows me to cook more at the same time (5.8 qts). I must say I have not been disappointed. The digital controls allow me greater precision and flexibility than I was used to. This unit has been much easier as well as faster to clean. As others have observed, and the seller has mentioned, there is an initial "smell" during break-in. I ran it 4 times outside before using it indoors. I run it under my kitchen vent and get no food derived smells indoors. I can see where not doing this would lead to cooking aromas inside my home where I have none with this method. I have not observed any faster cooking times than my previous air fryer but did not expect this and so was not surprised. I did look for racks to put my food on to avoid having to turn it over (fish fillets and chicken wings for example) and found a set of six 4x4 inch stainless steel racks for $26 dollars, four of which fit perfectly inside the inner basket (Amazon also). I can use one, two, or four depending on what I am cooking. I hate turning stuff over. I leave them in the fryer basket and soak the whole thing while I eat. It is all easily cleaned after a soak (typically three minutes by hand). I use my Misto olive oil sprayer to spray the basket and racks before use and this undoubtedly helps with the ease of cleanup. For fries etc you will need to remove the basket and mix it but the unit will stop automatically when removed and restart when the basket is replaced the same as most air fryers. Overall I am quite pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product highly.

BEST PURCHASE OF MY LIFE!!!!!
I bought this as a mother's day present for my mum, and she absolutely loved it!!!!! It is SO easy to use and extremely easy to clean, it cuts her cooking time in half and is now her most-used appliance!! Everything she has cooked has turned out incredible, and the amount of recipes you can make using it is amazingly versatile (everything from roasted veggies to french toast). Moreover, the customer service team is beyond a joy to speak to- they respond quickly, in a cheerful manner and are more than happy to cater to your needs. I highly doubt this level of personal, customer-centered care would be offered with larger brands. I cannot say enough positive things about this, my mom was super appreciative of the gift and especially loves the way it looks in her kitchen (it has a super modern, glossy exterior) not to mention the way she can make various dishes with ease and simplicity. If you are on the fence about this product, I highly suggest taking the plunge and purchasing it- it is well worth every penny.

East to clean, easy to use, cooks everything twice as fast!
I know I'm going to sound like I'm being paid to post this, but I'm not. I just love this air fryer THAT MUCH. I'd been wanting to get one for a while, but felt a little overwhelmed by all the choices. After watching several YouTube videos, reading numerous online reviews, and asking family members who had already bought air fryers what they considered the pros and cons of their choices and what, if anything, would they do differently if buying it again, I took the plunge and bought this one. Everyone I know who bought an air fryer said if doing it over, they would buy something larger than the one they did. Everyone also regretted the round basket, saying they realized eventually how much more they could do with the square basket instead. This one has a fairly small footprint for the amount of the basket size! I think it looks nice on the counter, anyway. So far, I've made chicken wings (awesome) bacon (perfectly crisp, no flying fat and grease around the counters or stove top) pork tenderloin (delicious) Italian sausage (perfect) baked potatoes and french fries (so good) and more. Nothing hasn't been fantastic, to be honest. I want to try baking bread next, as apparently it's great for that as well. If I were rich, I'd have two, so I could cook veggies in one, while cooking meat in the other. Yes, you can combine them, of course, if cooking for up to three or four people. But when cooking for a larger crowd, it would be great if I could be baking potatoes and some broccoli in one, while roasting a chicken in the other. Can't recommend this highly enough. It's really and truly fantastic!

Great Fryer; Questionable Support
The air fryer itself is a wonderful addition to our kitchen. Food usually comes out quite delicious and clearly the health benefits are there. Clean up is a breeze with non-stick coating of the basket and underlying drip tray. Because of the array of preset selections for various foods, operation is simple as well although some tweaking of temperature and time settings occurs with experience. However, this did not get full five stars due to ongoing lack of responsiveness and a simple resolution of requests made to replace instruction and warranty documents - in hard copy - after a mishap that rendered them destroyed. Consequently we made a number of inquiries to the “support” contact, receiving only one reply seeking clarity of the request despite it being detailed and complete in its ask. Then, getting no further responses after repeated probes as to status and even a comment that this could result in less favourable review if not dealt with, we’ve still seen or heard nothing to this day. So this tainted our experience despite product quality and performance, although we do remain open to change our opinion should a resourceful representative of Innsky finally send us what we seek… Update: intriguing timing coming immediately on the heels of this review; however, after first sending the wrong model instruction manual in a finally printable format, the company’s support group’s second attempt at providing a replacement (and printable) version has occurred. Still holding the final star off the board though for even having had this kind of experience for what was truly a simple request.

SUPER EFFECTIVE BUT THEY CHANGED LOGO
Ok so let's make it clear and simple. This is the longest review I'll ever make but it deserve my time. This is a SUPER great air-fryer. It's powerful and everything. BUT, they changed the logo on the front, I thought I got ripped off. Also, it feel like a cheap handle. The plastic thing that cover the button to get the handle off look like crap... You have to force hard to put back basket in it. Basket had already a scratch (outside the basket, it's all good). Also, there is rubber feet INSIDE the basket, I thought a moment, why? Food will touch that thing.. Well, it's there to be there and it's all fine, never got problem cooking or having a taste of rubber. I know, it now sound terrible, BUT, it does what an air-fryer should do, make thing crispy and be hot, fast. That's it. The cleaning is 80% easy, 20% shit. Tips, handle clean, GENTLE, because it will get scratches so DAMN easy. Once all rinced, paw dry with your rug, then put it in the airfryer and 400F for 2 min. Done dry and clean. The little plastic thing... Water droplet stick underneath it, not a big deal but, worth to note. See photo and video for the banging, feeling loose basket. Size is ok, fit good on a small appartment counter here. The sound level of it running is very acceptable. Button responsiveness are OK. Not the best nor the worst I've seen. For time and temps, you have to press once, then press again to change data (kind of a confirmation stuff for the airfryer saying : you want to change temp right?) It will SMELL burnt plastic the first 2-3 usage, EVEN with HEAVY cleaning... I ran it 10 min, twice, 400F, before putting food in it... Only after I fried some stuff in it the odor got away. (after first cook to be honest). All in all, great, it's heavy on counter and it will not move. Children safe (so hard to take it out and in). Dont put your thumb over the plastic EVER while manipulating this thing in air. If you accidently push it and press for X or Y reason the button inderneath it'll release the damn basket... But the plastic is so cheap that it wiggle with nothing. Would I recommend this? YES when it's on sale ! Grab It!

I LOVE IT
I don't have a single bad thing to say about this air fryer-first and only one I have ever bought. I have had it now for nearly 6 months and it is my go to appliance, I use it daily, I only use my stove for cooking with liquids. It cooks much faster then an oven, often half the time, cook times and temperature settings are both reduced and it consumes much less electricity. It large capacity is perfect for meals for a single person or a couple. You can cook anything in it, removeable basket makes clean up a breeze-it is very well made, stainless steel outer shell is easy to keep clean. Preprogrammed settings is a nice feature but it can be changed by the user in seconds, the other feature I really like is that when in use and the basket is remove, the machine shuts off and pauses, when the basket is reinstalled it resumes cooking where it left off-some other machines you have to push the start button to resume cooking. The flavor of the food is not determined by the appliance but the the spices that are put on the food, appearance of the cooked food very good-I love day old pizza, in this machine 3-5 minutes at 300 deg. f, your pizza crust will be crisp and the cheese will be bubbling-Thx
