I was told by a SIBO specialist I saw to take this for constipation. Apparently it can work as a prokinetic. I take 3-4 of these and a magnesium supplement before bed and it has helped me get rid of my constipation and overcome SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). It is an amazing product for me and works well. I have been taking it for a few years on and off now. I have never heard of using this as a prokinetic any where else online, but I can vouch that it works as such.

Works super good for cystic acne and surface level acne. I’m a Black female, 23 years old and I’ve been dealing with hormonal acne for almost 10 years. Has done wonders for my skin!! The only reason i give it a 1 star on the flavor is because there is no flavor and why would there be? its just a pill. Overall love this supplement and will purchase again.

My husband says my hair is softer. Do I need another reason to buy it? I do have more though my skin is soft, my dandruff isn't as bad and I swear it gives me more energy.
