Great for constipation!
I was told by a SIBO specialist I saw to take this for constipation. Apparently it can work as a prokinetic. I take 3-4 of these and a magnesium supplement before bed and it has helped me get rid of my constipation and overcome SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). It is an amazing product for me and works well. I have been taking it for a few years on and off now. I have never heard of using this as a prokinetic any where else online, but I can vouch that it works as such.

Helps with cystic acne!
Works super good for cystic acne and surface level acne. I’m a Black female, 23 years old and I’ve been dealing with hormonal acne for almost 10 years. I had severe acne and my doctor recommended accutane but I did not want to do it because of all the possible side effects. I started doing research myself and came across this product. This product is amazing!!! It helps with acne and controlling oily skin. I love it. Happy I finally found something effective for my acne.

Great product!
Has done wonders for my skin!! The only reason i give it a 1 star on the flavor is because there is no flavor and why would there be? its just a pill. Overall love this supplement and will purchase again.

The best for stress
Love my B5. My practitioner suggested that I take these to help with my stress and to support my adrenals. They really do come to the rescue when the cortisol is acting up at 3:00am. I was taking 1000mg at that time, but since adding in PS, I've changed my dosage to 500 if I wake between 3 and 4 am. I also take 500mg during mid day and 500 mg at night (sometimes) before bed. These are all time that my cortisol is high. The 3am leads up to my 7-9am high cortisol reading. I'm really hoping that the levels come down soon. Too much anxiety in the am.
