However, I took a lot of time with this item before writing this. The first watch I received did stop working after just an hour. I requested a replacement because the reviews made me worried. The company sent out another one with next day delivery. It was easy. Meanwhile I checked the battery on the original. That was the problem. It was dead. Easy fix. I fixed the first one and sent it back. The second one was fine. It worked great, but again the battery needed replacing. When I tried to put the back on with the little watch hammer the decorative pieces fell off. This is not supposed to be loose. I noticed another review said that they were loose. They are not. If you get it loose request a replacement. So yes, the company sent a third. It is perfect. It also came next day delivery. I know this makes this item sound bad but it is not. A battery change is a self-fix, costs maybe $5. The watch is adorable. It serves it's purpose. It's high quality leather. Nice overall. It also seems to be fairly water proof.
