These are the genuine Nigella Sativa Seeds, or black cumin seeds
Really good product well packaged and fresh - The Prophet Muhammad said these seeds can cure every disease other than death - I have recently moved to a plant based diet and after a considerable amount of research wanted to see and try the benefits for myself, I have simply replaced my everyday pepper with these seeds and use the product daily, when ground up a little goes a long way Fantastic product with great customer service, I will definately be reordering this and other products from this seller

Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him said black seed is the cure for all illnesses except death. This seems a good quality product. I have ground the seeds and used no more than half teaspoon in my morning drink. You can also mix honey with it but I'm currently using stevia. I'm just not hungry and can go longer without eating or snacking in between meals.

Reduces swelling pain and inflammation in my finger
What a gem, I love this product, I make it into a tea but I also eat the seeds in the tea - I have a tendon problem in one finger which has been swollen, painful for a long time and this seed really reduces the pain, swelling and inflammation - it is awesome. I am drinking/eating it daily several times.
