**Q: Is this an add water only brand of cake mix?**
A: It’s flour, so you’d use it as such with your regular cake recipe

**Q: Can anyone explain why my cakes are coming out rubbery with this cake flour? I’m a professional baker and have never had issue with other brands**
A: The only thing I could find on this topic was the comment, "When your cakes taste rubbery, what's happening is that the over-mixing of flour activates the gluten."  Sounds like its getting mixed to long.

A: I bake a lot of pound cakes and vanilla cakes. I was using another cake flour, buying it by the box which got to be expensive so I decided to give General Mills Pure As Snow Cake flour. I have fallen in love with it. It makes the best cakes.  I am very satisfied with this product.
