General Mills Cake flour
Good quality, great flour for baking and the 50lb. Bag was a good value for my money!

Fantastic
After the pandemic, I couldn't find cake flour at all in the store. Fifth pounds is what I always brought so by chance I went to Amazon and found it. This is my second purchase of this cake flour. I've also recommended this product to others and they bought it. I recommend it to all bakers. I put the cake flour in two f-gallon buckets with a lid. Just don't like the delivery.

The powder smells really bad and I don't know how to get rid of it.
