One arrived within the stated time. I waited until the well after the expected delivery notice was up for the second one and I got a message from Amazon saying the package had probably gone missing. I contacted the company and they apologised and said they would send me a replacement. Happily they did. I'm happy with their customer service.The items themselves were not very good quality material. Very synthetic and not heavy at all. You definitely wouldn't want to use these in chilly weather.
