Review: Just What I Needed - I gave 5 stars for Easy to Remove, but by that I mean just difficult enough to remove that they do not budge in normal. use. I bought them to attach shoe inserts to the interior of my sandals, to equalize the length of my legs following hip and knee surgeries. I went to a purveyor of orthotics for the inserts. Not sure how off-the-shelf inserts might work, but these dots really keep mine in place. When I went back recently to have the thickness of the inserts adjusted slightly, it took less than a minute to remove the dot, but the same one was reused after the adjustment. I found that pretty impressive.
