The return of the netbook
I commute on a bike and this thing is great to throw in my bag. Enough power for everyday computing, and it runs 2D CAD in a pinch. The keyboard is comfortable enough for typing for me. Screen is responsive and works well with the Surface pen. Flipping it in to tablet mode and taking notes in One Note and sketching in Autodesk Sketchbook is great. A bit chunky in tablet mode, but a reasonable trade-off IMO. I get 10-11 hours or so of light use with no trouble. I do set the brightness at 25%, but the screen is very bright. Even in sun, I find it usable at 50% brightness.

After 3 Months : Underwhelmed
First let's get out the good. I selected this model because it has extra SSD slot. Giving this device the ability to House 2 different ssds. The build quality is absolutely amazing on this machine. It seems as if it's built like a MacBook. The resolution is a few steps higher than 1080p which was also what I needed. The screen it's decent and the brightness is not bad. I ended up buying a Wacom Active pen to use with this device and it works like a charm. I absolutely love drawing on this device. Now for the bad;Immediately on the first day I noticed that the screen would quite frequently miss touches. If I wanted to use this machine in tablet mode I would often find my finger touches would not even be recognized. I would have to touch or tap multiple times for it to register. Then other times I would barely notice a problem. I thought it would work itself out with updates but that is not the case. Very much let down since touchscreen was why I bought the device.I don't know if its because they decided to use the i2c hid hardware or what. I have seen this behavior and other i2c touch screens. Never have this problem on a Wacom touch screen. Which is what they should have used.Another issue is the Heat. Sometimes the heat that comes off this machine is rather ridiculous. To the point at times it seems as it could burn your skin. I realize this is a small machine, but come on. The heat is ridiculous. Mostly I get the heat when I'm DJing. DJing is really why I bought this machine. For the most part I haven't had a problem DJing with this machine. It seems to handle the load really well and because I'm not holding it while I'm DJing the heat does not bother me.And finally is the issue of the Bosch accelerometer. I still have an "!" Next to this device driver in device manager. No matter where I go what I download it will not fix and I do not have automatic rotation from portrait to landscape or vice versa on this machine.I paid over $1000 for this machine. It be nice If the touchscreen was reliable. I could deal with the rest

Wow - What a Mess of a Machine
I had high hopes for this mini laptop. Right out of the box, the wifi is not stable, but I paid it no mind as I thought it may have been a Window's issue and I was going to do a fresh install via reset. I came to find out however, that this laptop has its own home grown shell and to install Windows you had to go through a laborious process of creating a copy on a flash drive. Once I did the reinstall all hell broke loose - drivers did not work, the wifi is still not functioning properly, the accelerometer does not work so the screen does not route. Basically I bought a $800 keyboard. This company should be embarrassed about this product and if I could give it a zero or negative rating I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Decent(updated)
The media could not be loaded. Update 8/20 2020It's been a year since I purchased this micro laptop. And now I have to replace battery because it puffed up and started to deform the device itself. It is difficult to find replacement battery and to remove the battery wasn't easy either (had to pull it out after removing metal plate that was holding the battery. Honestly it has been disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend this device to anyone with the original price.Update 8/20:Haven’t heard from the manufacture support about the problem I had with this netbook, but started to work normally after a few days and updating silverlight. Now the touch sensor works perfectly and the slowish processor seems functioning smoothly. No crashes so far by just web browsing like before. Keyboard is surprisingly adaptable and the overall structure seems pretty decent and durable.I just wish the manufacture support actually respond me within 2 business days. Have tried to contact them via email, got confirmation mail that my claim was submitted and haven’t heard from them. It’s already been at least a week. The problem was solved but I really wish the manufacture support is reliable with 800USD computer purchase.Original review:So after some minute of web browsing, the optical touch sensor stopped working. Tried to find how to fix it but no luck. Now I’m trying to find customer service on the manufacture website but it’s all in Chinese. Their “English page” don’t even work. This cost over 800 USD is like a joke.Constantly freezes when you are just browsing the web and the CPU is clearly under a lot of stress. The body is hot within a few minutes. I’ve done so many researches before buying this one but honestly huge disappointment.Hopefully I can find a way to contact the customer service or someone has a tip to fix the sensor.

Awful keyboard
The device is heavy .. become very hot when you use it even for a short period of time..And the keyboard is really the most annoying.. you have to press really hard on the buttoms in order to activate them.. so if you pressing gently you will miss many letters...so you cann't type fast.. you feel your work become slow..
