Best parchment sheets available. This paper is great for baking quick breads, yeast breads, cookies, etc. Clean up is a breeze and nothing sticks. I also love this parchment paper to wrap all baked goods in before placing in a plastic bag or container.

I am a frequent parchment paper user.. I love the ease of use and clean up when baking and cooking. I use them to line the pan when I roast veggies, to place pizza on to transport to the oven, to pipe chocolate for baked treats, line under a cake when icing a cake, and so many more applications. This is really good paper that doesn’t get brittle and crumbly when used at high temperatures on baking stones. Pricey but the quality is great so it’s justified

These are absolutely perfect for me. I use a cookie sheet to cook my bacon in the oven. These are just big enough to protect the sides so the grease doesn't get on the cookie sheet. So much better than trying to judge how much you need from a roll. The last roll I purchased was so thin that the grease went right through it - what's the point? I highly recommend these to anyone that wants a clean pan after they are through cooking!

Precut parchment that fits a half sheet pan. One sheet can be used to bake multiple pans of cookies. When baking frozen foods, it's a pan liner. Can be cut to size for baking cheesecakes and brownies. When frozen pizza instructions say to put the pizza directly on the oven rack, use parchment. Less mess in the oven. It's strong enough to withstand a pizza cutter. King Arthur parchment is made in the US.

Best parchment for th money

These are the best quality parchment sheets I've found. You can easily rinse them and re-use a few times, depending on what you bake on them. That said, they are very high priced, compared to other brands, only come in the one said (why not half sheets?), and they come in a plastic sleeve, so flop all over the place. Would be appreciate if the packaging was a same-shaped cardboard box. Still they lay flat, but it is more sturdy to pull them out all the time.

These are the best liners, they don't have the shiny wax film on top and they are precut to fit your pan. I've tried other brands and keep coming back to these!

So happy to be able to find a seller of some King Arthur Baking products including their parchment paper which I believe to be the best parchment available. Sadly, KAB no longer ships to Canada so, although this is pricey, I am happy to found another source.
