I have used Bio3B-G for years and it’s the best supplement I’ve ever taken. My whole family takes it and several of my friends. If I forget to take it I realize I’m a few hours and take 3-4 per my dr and then 1-2 if needed after 2pm. I also take The Vitamin D emulsion drops and it’s the only thing that elevates my vitamin D per bloodwork. Worked within a month to get my level up where it needed to be. Since the ND added it into my cocktail of supplements and I've been taking it for several months ( with all the other things I do for my health) I will continue using it.

My chiropractor suggested I try this specific supplement for the wrist tendonitis problems I have had for years. I am skeptical of this sort of thing, FYI. However, this problem has been for years with no benefit from therapies etc. I'm a 51 yo woman, fit and healthy but with apparently with a joint age of 150!!! Regardless, I am reporting that this has helped tremendously. I will keep buying. I take one twice a day.

This product was recommended by my DO to aid strengthening knee muscle structure and works great.... I can tell when I pause my schedule of taking them and within a day or two my knee pain is worsening . Thank you!
