Dry your samples completely!
It is a useful item for our research. The glass has a standard joint and the adapters have well-sealed PTFE linings. I can't comment on durability yet. We use them frequently. Let us see how durable they are. The adapter is great for complete drying of the sample in the vial. Please don't try with samples having too much solvent. It may bump even if pressure is reduced gradually. First sufficiently dry the samples in flask and then transfer into the vial.
