NATURELO Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with Boswellia, 120 Capsules | Vitamin C, supplement for joint comfort, mobility, and strength

I've used glucosamine since I was 19 and had my first surgery. It's been super helpful with both pain management and mobility. I've gone through my share of brands, MSM vs Chondroitin, dosages, etc. and I have to say, this is one, if not these best I've used. It's a little pricey, however, it's available via Subscribe and Save so you get a little discount there. That said, you get the piece of mind that you're getting quality, natural ingredients - not processed junk like some of these others. Not to mention, it flat out works. Definitely not a deal killer, but it would be nice if they were able to reduce it down to two pills instead of four because it adds up when you're taking other medications. Overall, I would definitely recommend, even if you're happy with your current brand, give this a shot. It won't disappoint.

Make sure you take the dosage suggested but do your research and make sure you understand how much you are taking. Interactions can occur. Stop using chondroitin and glucosamine and call your healthcare provider at once if you have irregular heartbeats. DO YOUR RESEARCH / TALK TO A DOCTOR - Be prepared to recognize any issues you may see. With that said, I want to share the POSITIVE IMPACT THIS supplement had on me: So, I was in pain a while. My lower back was killing me. I used ICE and HEAT to go from 10/10 pain to about 5/10 pain. Then, I spoke to a physical therapist and I asked him if I should keep taking Glucosamine...he asked me how much I was taking and how often; I told him that I was taking about half the dosage 'here and there' (every other day or so). He said it seems to help some people; there isn't strong clinical evidence, but if I was going to take it, I should take the recommended dosage and I shouldn't skip days. He said that it needs to be in your bloodstream pretty much all the time. So, I took the recommended 4 pills.2 days later, I'm relatively pain free...I would say I'm at about 1/10. I can't imagine if this actually worked that fast? I dont know for sure but I'll keep testing this. But I wanted to leave this for others who may be taking this without the right dosage. Make sure your doses are correct. Don't just take 1/4 or 1/2 the dosage and expect things to change. Don't take this long term as there are side effect talk to a doctor.

I'm in my 70's and swim regularly at the Y. I fell on some icy steps and badly strained my knee where I couldn't put weight on it. I bought this thinking it might help with recovery. After 2 weeks taking the 4 a day my knee is fully healed and my achy shoulders aren't hurting as before. I'm not vegan and could care less about those reviews, but wanted to share my experience. This product was recommended to me after suffering a knee injury. After a few weeks of high doses, my pain completely went away and it also greatly helped my back pain. This supplement remains one of my subscribe and save items. Do some research on glucosamine for yourself and discover its benefits for joint pain.

My whole life I've had issues with my knees, popping, cracking, and hurting, which makes life difficult as a martial artist, those "low horse stances" was killer, and I could never get very low. Finally, I tried this product, as a last resort. My knee pains lessened to the point that I could sleep, and do my martial arts so much better within about two weeks. After a few months, my family had a financial set back due to COVID-19 and I decided to forgo re-ordering to save a few bucks. A few weeks later my joint pains started returning, and I had to scale back my activities again. I have since been able to re-order, and my pain is gone again. I will be taking this for the rest of my life. it is so worth it. I did order some for my daughter who has similar pains, but it didn't seem to help her as much. If you are dealing with joint pains, try a bottle and see if it helps.

Capsules are better than the horse pill ones.

Not sure if it will help eventually But i take it regularly as it seems to have all ingredients i need and its vegan.

These Naturelo Glucosamine capsules are supplied in a large plastic bottle with plastic screwtop lid. The capsules are off-white in colour. They are the standard capsule shape, though on the large size. Nonetheless, I've had no problems swallowing them with some water. They have a slight lemon-y fragrance and taste, possibly from the Boswellia. This supplement includes Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM, all of which are believed to be beneficial for joint health. In addition you get VItamin C and Boswellia, an anti-inflammatory herb also said to help promote healthy joint and muscle movement. The recommended dosage is four a day, two in the morning and two in the evening, taken with food. The instructions say you can also open the capsules and add the powder to your food or drink if you prefer. The bottle contains 120 capsules, so if you take the recommended dose it should last about a month. Overall, this appears to be a good quality premium Glucosamine supplement with a range of other health-promoting ingredients as well. Nothing really to criticize, so five stars from me.
