Needs to be labeled better
The way these things are labeled make it seem like you can take 28v and turn it down to 0.8 which is not actually the case. There is only about .5 volt of play in the resistor. all it does is drop 4.5 to 0.8 or 28 to 20. Other voltages drop certain amounts as well but there is no description of what the actual percentage is.
