Great fun and fast RC truck, excellent customer service
I bought this truck for my 7 year old, as he is on a steady diet of various RC toys. Upon receiving the truck, he was ecstatic, and it didn't disappoint. The truck was very well packaged in a nice, sturdy, reusable box, had a spare battery, and had a good solid feel all around. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a bit on the heavy side, but it goes on all kinds of terrains, side walks, dirt trails, pile of sand and dirt, you name it. The front wheels have a nice springy suspension that absorbs all kinds of shocks. The light bar on the top is a nice touch. The only down side is that the battery life is a bit on the shorter side, so you should carry the spare, fully charged. I usually don't write reviews, but what prompted me to write the review is the excellent after sales service. A few months after getting this truck, the plastic rod responsible for steering the front wheels broke, and rendered the whole thing unusable. I usually like to fix my things, so tried to find any way to get the replacement spare for the rod. The manufacturer web site was very terse, but upon contacting the seller through Amazon, they immediately replied back, asking for my address. I thought they'll probably ship the spare part, and may be a couple extras. However, I just received a package, and it had a brand new replacement truck! This was all in a span of 3 days. Now that's what I call service! Needless to say, I'll look for this manufacturer and this seller for future RC toy needs.

Great RC Car – Perfect Size & Tons of Fun!
This RC car is an excellent toy with a really good size for both kids and adults. It feels solid and performs great on different terrains. My kids absolutely love it and play with it every day. The best part is that it comes with two rechargeable batteries, which keeps them busy all day long without constant waiting to recharge. Fast, fun, and durable—definitely a great buy and highly recommended!

Good Deal For The Money, Would Have Paid A Bit More For Upgrades
After doing a lot of research, I bought this remote controlled car for my young son. Really, I wanted to play with it, but I did feel that the operation of a remote control car is good for mental development and motor skills. He also loves (loves) cars. I was likewise into cars as a kid and have a lot of fond memories of playing with remote control cars mostly in the 1990s. Not that much has changed actually. What has changed is battery technology, and the affordability of high quality and sophisticated electronics components such as wireless transmitting gear and motors. For what you can get today for this price is amazingly refined for the money. The car it self has a rally car / dune buggy look to, which is pretty nice not per se exciting. As a scale model it has a lot of detail and has an air of high-quality parts. With that said, I wish it felt a bit more durable. Remote control cars get slammed into walls and obstacles so often, I went these things built with armor on all sides. It comes with two batteries and two chargers - which is nice. Battery life wasn't great, but none of these devices are since the motors burn through juice rapidly. While the toy is snappy for the money, I could tell that I would have wanted a lot more speed if I didn't need this toy to operable for a young child. I also feel like it could have accelerated a lot faster. As an off-road style vehicle, it certainly does go over a few more surfaces than race-car style remote control toys, but it isn't like an off-road truck. Two wheel drive is the first limiting factor. The car could also have a bit more ground clearance. The tires are a problem as well. They keep slipping off the wheels. This is fixed pretty easily, but it is annoy that once this remote control car really starts to get pushed in maneuvers... a tire need slip off the wheel and the fun must take an annoying pause. The car has cute little brake lights that display when you put it in reverse, and front LED lights when it is going forward. The forward lights are amusingly weak. They don't even let you as the operator see the ground in front of the car - so what is the point of even having them? I've played with much worse remote control cars than this product, and it remains among the nicer I've purchase for a child. I think the same company makes even nicer stuff, and I'd be willing to check them out. It has been too long since I've be able to shop in a store for remote control toys, so these days it is challenging to know what type of money you need to spend for a high-grade enthusiast-oriented product. That this remote control car isn't, but for the money is makes for a satisfying toy for someone to determine if they want to upgrade into something more interesting in the future.

Update...They Replaced the Car and the Replacement is Awesome!!!
Thank you Team Bezgar for quickly responding to my review and offering to replace the car. I must honestly say your Customer Service Agent Nancy is awesome! I was pleasantly surprised to see an email apologizing for the disappointment and asking for my shipping details so that a replacement could be sent. At first I thought it was too good to be true but Nancy was very responsive and provided information and followed up daily. I am very happy to say I got the other car today and it is awesome! It works wonderfully and my son loves it. We'll see how it holds up after a couple of days. In any event, I am a very happy customer and I applaud the team for the stellar customer service. I'll be buying another one for my daughter soon! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I bought this car for my son's birthday based on the comments and boy am I disappointed. I got it on Monday and as soon as he started driving it we realized that the front wheels were misaligned. We brought it outside to test on the lawn - it didn't handle the grass well at all. Then yesterday (Wednesday) the thing just stopped working. The light on the remote was flashing very fast all of yesterday when we tried to use it - today, we're getting noting out of remote or car. I am all the way in Jamaica and so returning this car is not the easiest thing to do - was a big disappointment and a grand waste of money.

Well-built RC car
This is an entry-level RC car, and it works well, when it works well, if you know what I mean. Once you have used a four wheel drive RC car you will never go back to two wheel drive. This one is two-wheel, and as long as you keep it on a surface without many obstacles it will do just fine. But climbing over a stick on the lawn, or up the edge of a sidewalk is pretty much out, because the front wheels are not powered. The suspension on this one is another issue. The front end seems softer and able to absorb some bumps, but the rear seems very stiff. I ran this mostly on a crushed rock driveway, and every rock that the wheels hit caused it to bounce up, and when the wheels are in the air, you are not in control. It's very bouncy, over the slightest bump in its path. Another issue I had with this car was a tendency to disconnect from the controller. This seemed to happen after only a few minutes (7-8 minutes) of run time on a fully-charged battery. It could be a symptom of a battery getting low, but it happened a lot, and if you kept your finger on the throttle after a disconnect, it would suddenly come back to life after a couple of seconds and then work fine for a random amount of time. Once the disconnects started happening though, they became a big problem, taking most of the enjoyment out of using this car, because they might happen every few seconds. Battery life: Count on about 5 to 7 minutes of full-power operation before the above-mentioned disconnects start happening. Overall, if you have a smooth surface to run this car on, like concrete, asphalt, smooth dirt, etc, it will do fine for you, going over jumps, spinning donuts, throwing rocks and leaves like a demon possessed, etc, with good power to the wheels. But the ground clearance is so low in the rear (1/2 inch), that a couple inches of lawn grass, a stick on the lawn, a small rock hit the wrong way with the under carriage, will stall it right out and use precious battery power trying to get it moving again. I recommend going to a "hobby class" car like the the Bezgar HM 161. It's double the price of this car at regular price, but it's far, far more than double the performance of this one. The HM161 puts this car to shame, and at the price difference, that shouldn't really be the case. It is, though. Really, they should just take this car off the market. It's serving its purpose though, because it made me want a better car once I bought this one, which I did (the HM161). However, I promptly returned this one after 15 minutes of running the HM161. There is just no comparison, and your six year-old will thank you for getting an actual functional car that doesn't exhibit some problem or other every 15 seconds.

Great toy for beginners
OK, so, I bought this as an impulse buy, at 5am, then a day later decided I would read the reviews and check out a few Youtube reviews At first, I was mortified, as the negative reviews painted this product in a bad light, and with a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach, I awaited my purchase --------------- Shipping - It showed up fast, had all the parts ( Even came with an extra USB charger ! ) - My only concern about shipping is that it was shipped in the factory box, and not even taped shut, which is rather sloppy, a few inches of tape is cheap. Nonetheless, it was all there, undamaged --------------- Ease of use - Took 2 minutes to pop in the batteries, the only difficulty was in getting the battery connection under the car to connect to the battery, but that wasn't because of the clip itself, rather the length of the connection coming out of the car making it a bit tricky The other issue is that the screws holding this car together are very cheap and will strip easily, in fact my first attempt to get the battery cover off resulted in small metal shavings peeling off the top of the screw, so the user must make sure they use a screwdriver that exactly fits the screw, and also to make sure to apply plenty of pressure when backing the screw out or tightening to avoid stripping the metal ------------ Speed - This car is pretty fast for a small RC, at least as fast as the Youtube video reviews show it to be, maybe faster. The response of the servos is very fast, so driving it at high speed requires a delicate touch when steering, but it's easy to get the hang of after a few minutes ------------ Battery life - The battery life is roughly 10-15 minutes, depending on how it's driven, but the car comes with 2 batteries and 2 chargers, so it's at least easy to switch them out ------------ Range - I have done at least 75 feet with no issues in reception ------------ Durability - This was where I had a totally different experience than some of the bad reviews. They described wheels breaking off after 5 minutes of play, shocks breaking, etc, and made this out to be a very fragile toy that isn't meant to be treated roughly in any way This was not my experience. My experience was that it was very durable, and I repeatedly ran it into curbs, off curbs, from various heights, at high speed, and nothing broke or bent while I was playing with it I drove it straight into a wall at high speed, both in forward and reverse, and it came out just fine, so I assume the people who got ones that damaged easily may have just gotten defective products ( which occasionally happens with cheaper toys ) ---------------- Power - If you are looking for power, and something that will fly over a lawn, or out in the woods over small sticks and rocks, unfortunately this is not the car for you. It has a very small clearance underneath and will easily be defeated by even a short lawn or sticks that are 1" in diameter This is not a fancy expensive RC crawler, with low gearing and high torque, this is a small fast RC smooth dirt / street racer meant to handle small jumps and slightly rough terrain ( It would be perfect for smooth dirt tracks with small jumps ) There's no transmission box, or fancy drive linkage, it's a direct-drive car, and as mentioned, the servos are very fast to respond, so it takes a light finger to maneuver the car deftly My experience with the power was also significantly better than the video reviews on Youtube. The reviews show the car to be incapable of driving up any hill over a 2 degree incline, and not even able to make it up a slightly sloped driveway, on smooth asphalt Instead, my car repeatedly drove up a much steeper 40 degree incline, on a smooth board, that I had set up just to test this very ability I was not disappointed in the least with the power here, and can only assume the bad video review on Youtube was either a weaker battery that has been since replaced by the manufacturer, or the reviewer simply didn't bother to test it with a fully charged battery ------------------- Looks - Looks just like the one shown on the webpage, no bait-n-switch here, seller ships what is shown ------------------ Conclusions : For the money, this car is a pretty decent purchase. This is a prime example of " You get what you pay for " For me, personally, it was a nice way to get a feel for driving RC cars again, ( Been years for me ) so I see it kind of like a training vehicle more than anything, and for the money it's actually quite decent. This would be a perfect RC starter for a younger child ( I'm thinking 5-8 years of age ), and perfect for small, smooth dirt tracks, asphalt, concrete and the like It's also easily modded, since the construction is very simple, so just a little creativity can easily extend the value and replay attraction ( For example: It's a perfect size to kitbash with model car / truck kits ), and the fast responsivity of the servos can easily be tamed by simple adjusting the metal tabs / springs inside the controller ( for those wanting a more crawler-like experience ) I noticed quite a few bad reviews for this car while I was waiting for it, but honestly, I am happy with my purchase The shipping charge was even refunded ( I don't know why, since it came on time, but thank you all the same )

Please buy a different car and save yourself the heartache of a disappointed child :(
I did a lot (a whole whole lot) of research before purchasing this as a gift for my Godson. I then flew from Ohio to Florida and surprised him with it. To say he loved it would be the understatement of the decade. It lasted a total of 48 hours, and pushed three extremely competent middle aged adults to our breaking point in that time. We were initially impressed that it came with two battery packs, and I thought I was more than prepared for everything that I would encounter based on the reviews I had read and videos I had watched. I was prepared for the screws that held the battery covers to be very thin/ easily strippable, and prepared not to use it on anything other than very smooth, flat surfaces. We didn’t run it over obstacles or expect it to perform tricks or any sort. Still, the battery life was nearly non existent and we found ourselves dedicating all of our time and energy to this car and it’s batteries for the better part of an entire day. Perhaps we received a lemon of a car/battery packs, but I highly suggest purchasing something with a longer than 5 minute battery life. It will take you that long just to change the pack, and roughly two hours (per their recommendation) for a full charge. Simply put, it is not worth the effort - and even if it were, the car is not assembled well enough to make it a toy that will last more than a handful of days anyway. We are all disappointed, but specifically one little boy in Florida who no longer has a car to play with. There are many to choose from, and the research can be tedious, but if you have taken the time to read this review, I would encourage you to choose another vehicle. Best of luck!

Super fast and fun RC car — my kid is obsessed!
We love this RC car! It’s very fast, easy to control, and really fun to play with. My child was excited the moment we opened the box and has been playing with it nonstop — total joy and lots of laughs. The car looks cool, drives smoothly, and feels like a great value for the price. Definitely recommend for kids who love speedy little cars!

Rugged Construction, Lots of Fun
Well made, rugged toy car that can be used outdoors over a garden terrain as advertised. Battery compartment could be a bit larger to accommodate the battery pack plus its connector.

Excellent RC car with a fixable flaw
I initially purchased a red RC vehicle it had one excellent battery and one so so batter (one 20 mins, one 12 mins). I contacted support and they were out of batteries but they were willing to send a replacement car. That was an excellent outcome. I waited a few weeks, did not hear back so I followed up... and I was told the vehicle was now out of stock. I was offered an immediate refund however that would not help my two boys who love playing with their RC car during quarantine. I asked to wait for new stock. It took a few weeks but they sent me the green car pictured. While waiting the red car ended up smashing it axle off by running into the side of a cement block. This vehicle is made of metal and plastic which is awesome, however the front bumper protects only direct impacts. My 9 year old easily damaged the wheel assembly by hitting the wheel. For our new car I was able to easily remedy this flaw by adding a zip tie to each side of the bumper to extend a plastic rod. This now allows the vehicle a lot more protection than the original bumper. I look forward to this lasting much longer now. This car is a blast to drive, the kids love it. Its fast, even faster than our 9.6v lithium walmart RC car. It could just use some bigger wheels to make it over grass better. Otherwise perfect for the money.

Great find!
This remote car is a God send around this time. My son is locked up in the house. He loves playing around with it. The car is very sturdy. It has lots of different features. Remote control is pretty good as well. My son was inside the house and was able to control the car at long distance. It rolls over the grass and dirt quiet easily add compared to other cars. We built an artificial ramp from card board boxes and it goes over it and comes on the other side intact. Color finishing is really nice as well and it's very eye catchy. Overall a great find.
