Can heat be use with this conditioner as a deep conditioner.? I did not see heat as option when deep conditioning in instructions.

The advertisement says it's a 16 oz bottle but when I put it in my shopping cart it shows as an 8 oz bottle

It has been awhile since I purchased this item, however, I do believe I received the 16 oz bottle. I would have called to get a refund or returned the item if I received the incorrect size. I just added the item to my cart and also noticed although both sizes are offered it is described in the cart as "8 oz". I would just verify you did choose 16oz which is slightly more than the 8 oz  and do not be hesitate to report it to Amazon if you received the smaller size. You can also call Amazon before purchasing and query that discrepancy.
