I purchase the medium roast. It is nice. Smooth, full-bodied.

I'm looking for very low acidity content in coffee. Is this one a good choice, or can someone recommend a better one in the Lavazza family of coffee?

Their Gran Aroma (orange band on the package) is less acidic and quite good.

How can I be sure this is authentic before paying for six bags? I saw a review stating her bags did not have the official Lavazza seal.

Look at your seller choices before jumping in, i have bought alot of Lavazza, this on e is my favorite. Mine have always had the seal. If they don’t return them.. you are protected.

is there enough caffeine in this light roast to get me going in the morning?

This is a light roasted coffee, and light roast coffee always contains more caffeine than medium or darker roasts. The caffeine that’s in coffee is found in the oil from the coffee beans. The less the beans have been “roasted” (light roast) the more of those caffeinated oils are preserved. The longer coffee is roasted (dark roast) less of that oil is preserved (because it’s been roasted away), thusly making it less caffeinated, but usually having a bolder flavor.
