The title speaks to this tool. I liked it so much I bought one for my brother as a gift. Well priced, solid, safe, and the added bonus of being magnetic so it sticks to the side of your saw so it is always handy … what more can you ask for in a push stick.

The point of a push stick is to keep your hands out of the blade. I would expect a good push stick to be able make contact with the blade and only have minor damage. I was cutting very small wood and the stick got into the blade a little. It had a significant kick back and shattered the stick. Much more damage than I would expect for a slight contact with the blade. I think they need to make this out of softer plastic.

I like the angle of the handhold on this push stick. As other reviewers have noted it's a little wide but I guess you're trading width for stability. Unfortunately, the one I got in the mail was missing one of the two magnets to hold the push stick to the saw when not in use and, as a result, mine doesn't really stay attached. Annoying but too much of a hassle to return.

It's a great stick and the strong magnets are very useful

I don’t have $100 to buy the one all the experts on YouTube use, but I did want something better than grabbing a scrap piece of wood. This is that. The feel is good and it does the job. The magnets that are used to hold it to your table when not in use are too small and are really ineffective. One fell out that made them even less effective.

Well made but wish it was thinner!
