Thanks :)** A: I would describe it as buttery. I can smell it in my hair a little longer than some supermarket brands but it's no different than salon products. It has a pleasant odor but strength and approval of odor is subjective since people have different odor tolerances. Try the shampoo first since it is a total wash out product. **Q: I have dry permed hair. Will it weigh my curls down?** A: I have gray hair that tends to be dry. I have natural curl in my hair I have found that my hair responds well to an amount the size of a nickel. I apply it only to the bottom in h or so of my hair. I rinse it out thoroughly. This strategy is not weighing down my hair.
