Does this cleansing oil emulsify into a milky white liquid when you add water? the bha did not seem to do this like the pha oil.

No I do not believe it's supposed to for some reason. This is made up for mostly jojoba oil which doesn't seem to emulsify unfortunately. So no, this cleansing oil does not emulsify like most cleansing oils for some reason.
