**Q: Is a 35/45 the same as 45/35 or does it matter which way is internal/external.**
A: Doesn’t matter. So long as the 45 and 35 go the right way round. Only exception is when you buy a high security barrel. The external measurement is the high security end and will be marked as Ext. This is the outdoor end of the barrel. The indoor end will not be marked.

**Q: I bought this product and my keys arrived with a 6 number sticker attached to them, I was wondering what these numbers mean?**
A: If you need spare keys that is the number you can use to get replacement or alternatively forget it and just make sure you do not lose them all.

**Q: Can I fit this to an internal wooden door with 35mm thickness?**
A: Hello, this type of lock is designed to fit an external PVC door. It will not fit a wooden door, you will need a more traditional lock. Hope this helps

Bought to replace an existing lock in which someone had broken the key! Fortunately it was possible to remove that one without much hassle. Probably already written, but these are only secured into the door by a threaded screw which requires removing. Then rotate the lock barrel to a position, using the key, or remaining broken piece, where it will slide out in either direction. If this is measured correctly then the new lock assembly will fit perfectly. Again using a key to line it up. Secure with the screw provided. Also 3 keys included. I suspect this is not as secure as a British Standard 3 star lock but this one is not as expensive in comparison. Seems to be well made and hopefully the keys are sturdy?!
