Works perfectly ### ⭐ Poor design. Item returned. *by N***I on 30 June 2020* Dreadful product. I didn't even manage to get through decorating 1 cup before it failed. I managed to assemble it all without any issues, but when I got to the point of inserting the metal rod, there is no indication if there is a right way or a wrong way. Plus the hole in the support bracket was very tight for the rod to fit through. There doesn't appear to be anything to lock the rod in place to keep it rotating. When I switched it on it seemed to work OK. So I set my cup up on the turner (the supplied roll of foam is next to useless) with plenty of duct tape to secure it and started working. Before I had even finished decorating the 1st cup the turning rod kept stopping. The motor and turning 'cog' were both still rotating as they should, but the rod just kept getting stuck. Most likely because there is nothing for the rod to lock into inside the turner. Both ends of the rod are smooth, it really needs a better design.
