This is a one-and-done product. I take one about an hour before I want to go to bed. It works on aches and pains, but not on headaches (for me). This is 1 of only 2 products I’ve ever come across that help me sleep without a hangover feeling or mood alteration the next day. Since the other is an OTC flu medicine, I only take it if I have a bad cold. With Advil PM, I’m usually a little more sleepy than normal for about the first hour after I wake up, but then it wears off and I feel totally normal. Since I seem prone to side effects, that’s pretty good to me! If they ever stop making it, I will hoard the supply!

Took it for the first time last night. Slept 8 hours, wokeup with no pain, not much grogginess.

One of the best pain reliever, especially for when going to sleep at night. This Pain believe is so great. You can take a half of one and still get the full effect. Thank you.

Best for when you have been on your feet for 12 hours all day. Sometimes you need pain relief and help sleeping. Once I take it, it takes about 30 minutes for me to fall asleep.
