These pills work, they will give you the sleep you are looking for, they will knock you out for 8 to 10 hours straight if you are used to using them, if it is the first time I recommend not making plans after drinking them, you may feel dizzy or weak if you drink them but you do not sleep enough to get them out of your system

It is used for sleeping
I thought this was a good buy compared to Advil pm pills I was using. After looking at the different ingredients I found that these pills have only25 mg of diphenhydramine compared w 38 mg in my original bottle. This ingredient is a sleep aid plus other uses. I haven't tried them yet but I have less confidence that they will be as good for my sleep problem??? Just so you are aware of the ingredients
