I've been using Beet Complete now for almost 3 weeks. I have an active lifestyle and often use energy drinks, pre-workouts, muscle recovery supplements, etc. I am an avid Zhou Nutrition product user but will give me honest review of the product. Overall I'd like to break this review down in to 3 separate categories - Taste, Performance, Pricing & Review.Taste:I am not partial to the taste of beets in my normal day to day life. I opt out of eating them in a regular diet regardless of the health benefits. Overall I think that this product's black cherry flavoring outweighs the "beety flavor" and makes it quite pleasant to drink. I think that even more of a cherry or the introduction of a dragonfruit or other flavoring could really improve the pleasantness. There is a texture to the drink. Even after shaking vigorously or blending there still remains a bit of an almost grittiness to the texture. This is only very noticeable when mixing with water. When adding to shakes or smoothies it's hardly noticeable.Performance:Say goodbye to probiotics. This really gets your insides working (lol). As far as a pre-workout (what it's intended for) I do notice a considerable energy boost and focus when using the product. Beet Complete has next to no sugars, carbs, or calories which can be found in tons of pre-workouts. My pumps were higher weight and the nitric oxide did increase my blood flow. If you're sensitive to caffeine this is an excellent alternative. I would highly recommend this as a pre-workout and will continue using it in my day to day exercise.Pricing & Review:I think that for an extremely oversaturated market with endless options for healthy pre-workout supplements including recovery and blood flow the product is a little over-priced. $38.88 + tax is a fairly steep price to pay when you consider the amount of other more affordable options out there that will yield somewhat similar results. Overall, I have enjoyed using this product and would give it an honest 8/10 with the main two areas for improvement being taste/texture and price. Zhou has a long line of excellent products and will continue using the supplements from them I currently take.

I just started a Couch 2 5K running program on the same day that I started using the Beet Complete product. I have to say that within a 1/2 hour after drinking it I feel a surge of energy not unlike a rush of B vitamins. I have pretty much breezed through the first 3 weeks of the C25K program with more energy and endurance and better recovery times than many of my past attempts at the run walking program. I feel more energized and alert for several hours after taking the Beet Complete.They may want to rethink the name of the product as I did have a few reservations about buying it as I really HATE beets and their taste, but the Beet Complete has a sweet/tart cherry flavor that is really quite tasty. It's also low carb which does not adversely affect my Keto diet. The jar should last quite a while as the recommended serving size is pretty small so I would say that based on the amount you receive and how long that product should last that the price is pretty reasonable.

Tastes more like beets then it does Cherries , but not overpowering . Kinda gritty as you drink the last few swallows

Great product, definitely feel it helping within 30 minutes of taking it, even a year into Keto I feel it’s affects. Not the best tasting, but wasn’t expecting it to be good.

I liked the mild flavor and the value for my money in such a healthy heart-happy product and price in comparable to my local health food supermarket!

No pumps at all. Only get pumps when combined with other stims. Very little energy.

Great flavor, great quality and dissolves fully in water

I tried the black cherry based on the reviews and I couldn't finish one shaker bottle. I even tried to make it as cold as possible and still couldn't handle the taste.
