I have had it a few months and only use it 1-2 times per week for spinning class but it has been a great seat. Tied tight in the seat it barely moves at all and I have not had a problem with the gel moving or getting squished down. It's a hard gel not super soft gel so I have found it stays firm in place and softens the ride for sure.
