Frownies Gentle Lifts Patches for Lip Lines

I love these. About two years ago, I started to get a lip crease on one side due to the way I sleep. It was driving me crazy and then I found these. They are stiff and work exceptionally well for lip lines, particularly above the lip. I've tried many different kinds of line control for this exact spot, and these are simply the best -- no contest. I need a very stiff product and these do the trick. Other products are too thin and bend right at the crease on my face! Not helpful. My only beef with these is that they seemed to have changed the adhesive about a year ago and sometimes they fall off. I'm disappointed by that, but won't give them up. I recommend them very highly.

The pads are too small - only about a half inch in length - and they are thick and somewhat cushiony and also quite stiff. You have to use at least three in a row to cover your upper lip but the pads do not abutt each other well, as each pad has an unsticky edge around its entire outside. When sleeping, the little pads cause a wrinkle to form between adjoined pads. I also tried the pads in chin and lower mouth area wrinkles, but because these areas are soft and fleshy, wrinkles between the pads were created or they left an outline of themselves that remained for quote a few hours. These little pads are quite expensive. Instead of throwing them out, I gave them to a friend to try. She had the same complaints as I did and gave them back to me. I cannot recommend these Frownies, even though I use the original paper Frownies for frown lines between the eyebrows and love them.

For years I have used this product and think it has been great. Maybe someone bought it and changed the stickyness, to save money? Much different . I used to put them on and they stuck so well I had to get them off very slowly. The success of the old sickness really worked to keep the wrinkle away! If you hold down the the patched for about 5 minutes they work better . I am allergic so theses the patch for me! I will buy it again but wish for the old days.

I have no problem with them sticking, just make sure the area is not oily. I can actually reuse them for a couple of days. These help reduce the wrinkles allowing my skin to renew without the stress of my sleeping behaviors. This takes a long time for skin to renew, ordering my second box now. That is really the key, changing the behavior that is causing wrinkles. Have to work very hard not to sleep on my side which puts pressure on the wrinkle area. Also have to put them on perpendicular to the wrinkle line. That made a big difference, not with the line of the wrinkle. That way they support the wrinkle area more if I do roll to my side. I will never get rid of wrinkles, but keeping them from getting worse or deeper, I do see these are starting to help, but it takes time. Ordered first box in mid-March, it is now end of June (and I reuse them).

Still in my 30 day challenge, so far I like the results, they don’t stay, but product helps. Take can be. Bit uncomfortable and wish I didn’t have to cut to suit

As many of us age, we get lines around our mouth. I’ve never been a smoker, but I do have lines above and below my lips. They really do bother me. I started using the Frownies patches for my forehead and “11” lines for about a month now. I added these gentle lifts around my mouth because the patches intended for around the mouth would not stick. These gentle lifts work great. I just smooth out the skin around the mouth and place the lifts. They stay on all night. I’ve only been using these for a few weeks and feel like they are working.

No Pun intended. I am also a lover of the forehead patches, have been using them for over a decade. I was skeptical about these lip ones, but was desperate for something to soften the lines that started forming above my upper lip a few years back. This summer I was beginning to notice the lines in EVERY light, even from a few feet away from a mirror. When these lip patches arrived I was excited but cautiously optimistic, and then immediately disappointed when I opened them because they were more like "Band Aids" instead of the paper forehead patches. At first I had trouble with them, but now I CANNOT live without them. The trick is, you have to start one one side, literally spreading out the upper lip with 2 fingers of 1 hand while applying the Forwnie with the other. Then I just press down hard for a few seconds and repeat on the other side. The hardest part is not that I can't get them to stick...it is getting them off without fear of ripping off the fine upper lip hair which I fear would result in a mustache! So I just patiently sit with a warm washcloth over the patches for a few minutes and then I peel them off downwards very slowly...the result...VOILA!!! Lip Lines appear to be gone!!! I am only wearing them over night a few days a week & it seems to do the trick. I feel like I am erasing the lines, and trust me, I am my harshest critic. But just like the forehead patches, when I stop using them, wrinkles come back. So stick with it! They are worth EVERY penny!!!

Los he pedido varias veces. Los utilizo para la arruga del entrecejo. Frunzo el ceño cuando duermo y el parche me impide este movimiento involuntario. Al utilizarlo me despierto con el entrecejo liso y la línea que ya tenía marcada ha desaparecido casi por completo. Hay que ser constante. Los parches de cartón que se humedecen de la misma marca me daban alergia y se me llenaba la zona de granitos. Con estos no me ha pasado nunca. Son más caros pero por el resultado me merece la pena. Y si se ponen con la piel limpia se pueden utilizar dos veces.

Ce produit est parfait. Les patchs ressembles à de petits pansements ils sont emballés individuellement. Je l'ai acheté pour mes rides du visage. J'utilise ces patchs le soir au coucher pour les enlever le matin. Ils sont comme indiqués repositionnables. Si vous les avez mal mis aucun problème vous pouvez les enlever et les remettre. Ils s'accrochent à la peau et ne bougent pas. Pour moi, j'ai constaté que mes rides s'estompaient au fil des jours. Je sais bien qu'elles ne vont pas disparaitre ! Mais le fait qu'elles se réduisent me suffit. Par contre dommage que ces patchs ne soient pas proposés en plusieurs teintes surtout pour ceux qui ont la peau très mate.

I am really happy with the results. Saw results very quickly (I wear then to bed so I am getting about 7 hours of wear per day)
