    Steam does not come out

*by Y***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 25 February 2020*

The steamer doesn’t work. This came with a piece of cotton wool stuck in the place where I put water. This is a defect how could u have sent this to me 😡😡😡I only used this 3 months after purchase cause my hair was braided. Can I have a refund?

    Brilliant straightener, does the job

*by L***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 4 August 2019*

I am very pleased with the product. It really does the job. You can see it from my before and after picture. It is very easy to use and my hair feels nice and soft after. I like that it has a built in comb as it helps to prevent hair damage during straightening. There is a big difference between regular straightener and this steam straightener as after this one my hair feels much softer and has a nice natural shine.

Too bad, steam lock is not working so I'm not able to fill the tank with water.
