These are wooden with decent velvet straps and look and feel much more authentic. Hope to mop the floor with these and not leave footprints. Was initially concerned that I’d fall on my face but they feel much more solid than I imagined. Might even wash the car in these.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great shoes for everyday, but not everyday shoe.

I love the shoes. They are very sturdy and well made. The only cons I have is this is my third pair. Maybe these shoes are not for everyday use, but I wear mine everyday this summer. The bottoms wear out really fast. Instead of felt they sould use a rubber bottom. The tongs get worn out and the nail holding them in will stick through. I want a repair kit for these. I love them , but for those reasons it only gets 4 stars. Once the bottom wears out the shoe is almost unusable.
