Kingston HyperX FURY 4GB 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM -Blue (HX318C10F/4)

Cheap, no configuration, looks awesome! I bought two of them two months apart, and they work great. No complaints at all and they run at 1866Mhz out of the box. I've read that is because they use a tech called PnP (Plug n Play) for their RAM, that no other manufacturer as of yet uses. Great product, though I wish I had just bought an 8GB stick. No complaints.

I purchased two 1866MHz 4GB RAM sticks for my Dell Optiplex 7010 NT Model. These work great. My CPU is an i-7 3770k with a 8GB GDDR5 MSI Raedon GPU. My Windows OS version is the Workstation version.

I put two 4GB 1866MHz sticks into an off-the-shelf HP Computer that had an MSI 7778 Motherboard and an AMD A10-5700 CPU. The CPU's maximum official memory speed is 1866 MHz. The AMD APUs need lots of memory bandwidth for good integrated graphics performance. The motherboard doesn't have any manual clock settings, so finding RAM that will run at the 1866 MHz speed is difficult because most RAM in the 1866 MHz category is rated for 1866 MHz but the SPD info embedded on the stick says something less. With those other RAM modules I'd have to go into the BIOS and enable XMP or something like that. Since my motherboard didn't have any advanced settings like XMP, I had to find memory that ran at 1866 MHz using SPD settings only. Since the Kingston HyperX Fury sticks embed 1866 MHz speeds into the SPD settings, they fit the bill. I couldn't find any other memory that does this. There are some memory modules that are not sold as "high performance" and do run at 1866 MHz, but they are strangely expensive. I initially tried to put 2 of the 4GB modules into DIMM slots 0 and 1, but that resulted in single channel operation. With the memory in DIMM slots 0 and 2, the system wouldn't boot. Putting the memory in slots 1 and 3 did the trick - 1866 MHz, dual channel.

Despite reading a lot of mixed reviews I went ahead and bought this ram. It works great! I guess I was one of the lucky ones that didn't get a faulty stick because this ram is sleek and fast. Couldn't have asked for better. I usually buy from Corsair but I couldn't give up on this type of deal/

Overclocked to 2133mhz, ran through stability tests no issues, I currently have this memory in dual channel mode 8gb in total, Appearance wise these sticks are awesome to look at, its currently sits on my MSI Z97 GAMING 3 and it compliments the board. happy with the purchase, advised my brother to by the blue version for his motherboard, amazing as well

Works just fine. The computer had one Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB 1866Mhz DDR3 ram al redy in it. This gave it 8GB of ram. Justice [email protected]

looks amazing and performance wise its perfect....your latency numbers will be substantially lower then every single ddr4 ran pc on every pc game you play for sure every time....mines usually 17 with hyperx ram installed

I'm a software developer and had issues with one of the main rigs we use, we decided to build an entire new rig due to a big project coming up. At the time I had to go to the tiger store and found it for $70! I was in a hurry so I bought just one and purchased the second one here for less than $40. Gigabyte MB recognized the RAM without issues and both sticks look slick inside the rig. The one I bought at tiger had a $20 MIR that will ease the higher price a bit. I would recommend buying this ASAP when under $40.

comprata per la mobo Asrock fm2a88m extreme 4, si rivela compatibile anche se nel sito della mobo questo modello non appare (probabilmente la scheda non è aggiornata). Che dire, funziona bene e aspetto qualche offerta per prenderne un altra per il dual channel.

Very good RAM! Quite literally plug and play. Currently have it at 1600MHz, and it's running fine. When I upgrade my CPU I will be taking full advantage of the extra MHz! In terms of reliability it's not faltered, caught fire, blown up or got into a fight with anybody, so that's good! It is also a sexy stick of RAM , as far as RAM can be sexy. Which I guess isn't much really! Anyway, aesthetically it's nice, don't see white that often so it makes a nice change and goes well with the rest of my components... an unintentional but pleasing occurrence! Overall it's brilliant RAM! Recommended! UPDATE After 3 months it's still running perfectly, can't fault it! In fact I got another stick! Having the second stick really does boost the performance, especially if you have an APU! Still very much recommended!

Necesitaba ampliar mi memoria RAM en el Pc y compré 2 de estas monadas. Como mi anterior memoria ram también era kingston no hubo problemas

super ram, jolie a voir et super stable ! reconnu a 1300mhz sur un g3258 (normal), puis avec l'overclock > 1800mhz ! (pensé a réglé la latence)

I got 2 of these 4gb 1866mhz CL10 sticks to replace my old 6gb Rams... I have Gigabyte 970A-DS3P with FX6300 so rams are running on 1866mhz no problem but I've overclocked these Rams to 2056mhz without loosing the CL10 latency. What does that mean? Well as you might have observed that the Higher the Mhz of Ram = Higher the CAS latency that means the longer it takes for Ram to interact with Processor so both kinda cancel each other, a 1333mhz vs. 2000mhz ram perform almost same due to this, There is decimal point difference in FPS, nothing more than that.... So most people who run Intel have these rams at 1600mhz due to their Motherboard limitation so It's better to get 1600mhz CL9 rams... Why? Here is simple equation that helps you understand the performance (Mhz of product 1 / CAS Latency of same product) / (Mhz of product 2 / CAS Latency of same product) x 100 So these rams are 1866mhz at CL10 that means...... (1866 / 10) / (1600 / 9) x 100 = 104.96.... This means that on 1866mhz these rams are just 4.96% faster than 1600mhz ram at CL9 but since most of the people have them running at 1600mhz on same CL10 latency that means It will perform quite less than a 1600mhz CL9 ram.... 11.1% slower to be precise..... That's why I overclocked them to 2056mhz but they are still running on CL10 which means I currently have them running 10% faster than original speed and 28.5% faster than same rams on 1600mhz and 15.65% faster than 1600mhz CL9 rams... Bottom line, don't just buy rams by judging their Mhz, instead use the formula above to calculate how fast it's going to be and If you're running Intel and due to Motherboard limitation you cannot run them above 1600mhz then DON'T buy these rams because you are spending more money on these Rams than a 1600mhz CL9 ram for 11.1% slower performance. Enough with the technical stuff, Overall these rams are awesome and I could achieve even high Overclock on them but I would have to increase the latency defeating the purpose of the OC itself.... The rams have premium feel to it and looks awesome from a Window Cabinet :D Do I recommend it? It depends, If you're going to run them on 1866mhz then yes because price margin from 1600mhz ram is not much and It performs almost 5% better BUT if you are going to run them at 1600mhz then HELL NO as it will be 11.1% slower than a conventional 1600mhz CL9 rams :D Hope I've helped you :D Thanks :D
