A: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule cellulose, l-eucine don't know if this helps. I have used for over 15 years.

A: I don't know, but I have been taking it for about 20 years and this brand was recommended by my endocrinologist.

**Q: Would this vitamin D3 with K1 capusule considered vegan?**
A: on the description it says it's vegetarian

**Q: Do you still make this with vitamin k 200 mcg not 2000 mcg? Ordered twice you sent the wrong bottle.**

This has been one of the only extremely effective forms of vitamin D3 I have been able to take that does not raise my blood calcium levels, and also has provided the pro hormon support that I have needed for my immune system that provides a nice clean boost of energy. Designs for Gealth is an excellent supplement company and I use many of their supplements.
