It was exactly what I was looking for when trying to improve my wake up routine. I like listening to npr in the morning and prefer it from a radio as opposed to the app on my phone. When the alarm goes off and is set to radio it will start at a very low volume and turn up until it hits the volume you set for the alarm. The projector feature is great too. You can adjust the clarity and angle of the projection as well as rotate it. I also really like that you can easily change the brightness of the time display and even turn it off. Sometimes I will do this and keep the time projected on my ceiling. 2 other things I really like- 1. the USB port so I can easily keep my phone plugged in (and on dnd) 2. If there is an alarm set and the clock gets unplugged (such as during a move) a beeping alarm will go off at the time that was set. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made from desertcart and a great investment. Negatives: - You have to cycle through about 6 settings (radio station, loudness, etc.) every time you want to change the alarm time.
