I have a 30 pound Scottish terrier. Would the large size be big enough. He has such short legs but wants to see out of the window.

In my opinion, you need extra large. I have two Large size pet carriers. My dogs are 10 and 13 pounds. I think for a 30 pound dog you need the jumbo size. Both for sleeping room and height. He might be able to squeeze in to the large but it would be a tight fit. Hope this helps

Would this fit two min schnitzers? One is 15 bls the other is 18 bls.

I believe it would fit both. The seat is as big or a bit bigger than my actual car seat. I have an 11 lb Doxie that is 15 inches long and he stretches out in it.

Yes they would. This is a great booster/car seat. So nice and comfy. Covers come off for washing. They fit back on nicely and have zipper closures. Our 22 pound Boston has lots of room in it
