Smith Manufacturing FS050.3.MAKITA Hand-Held Electric Scarifier, The FS050 is a fast, rugged, and lightweight portable hand-held scarifier designed for high-performance edging or removing in hard-to-reach locations with up to 2" width cutting path. Removes faster than conventional diamond discs; users rate the FS050 as their #1 hand-held edger for concrete, steel and asphalt. It's versatile, offering a variety of cutters with a 4- or 6-shaft cutter setup, plus an extra set of shaft holes. It's lightweight, with reversible left or right handles to power through high spots, low spots, and in very tight areas. Features include all-steel unitized protective cage guard housing with safety decals, mounting clamp ring (FS050.005), and removable side-plate for side-loading drum. Cutter drum sold separately - must purchase 5502 Series cutter drum assemblies.
