I’ve purchased these liquid vitamins multiple times, and they’ve become part of my daily routine. I love that they’re a liquid instead of pills because they’re so much easier to take and absorb into my routine. The raspberry flavor is pleasant, and I actually look forward to taking them each morning. Since using these, I feel like I have more overall energy and just feel better in general. I also appreciate that they contain a wide variety of vitamins and are vegan and gluten-free. One bottle lasts a good amount of time, and the convenience of a liquid multivitamin makes it perfect for anyone who doesn’t enjoy swallowing pills. I’ve reordered these several times and plan to continue buying them. Highly recommend!

I've really never been one to take a vitamin regularly before. The tablets were either too big, or the gummy's too chalky. This though? delicious!! It's a bit thick, but if you refrigerate beforehand (& afterwards obviously) it goes down so much smoother. This one is my favorite flavor out of all of them. Now, has it made my hair grow? Definitely not more than normal, but it looks healthy and thick, so maybe it helped there in some way. My sleep quality hasn't really improved either, nor has my skin, BUT after taking this for about a year i genuinely do FEEL better overall - and that's what i was going for with this multi vitamin in the first place. This giant bottle is also incredibly priced. It's double the amount of product I was getting from the department store, but not double the price. If you're gonna buy it? Buy it from here. Trust it'll save you money in the long run. Also, I do think it helps with energy in the morning because the one time i accidentally took it in the evening- i was up almost all night. So it's a tasty, incredibly priced, trustworthy, effective multi vitamin, and I cant recommend it enough. :)

I’ve only taken it a week, so I’m not sure if it helps yet but something I noticed that nobody wrote reviews about is the phlegm it creates in the back of my throat, and it DOES NOT GO AWAY. I’ve had it since I started taking it and I forgot a day and it went away. Also the taste isn’t as bad as most people say but the one thing about the taste is that it sticks in your mouth for hours. I feel like my breakfast and lunch taste weird now.

I don’t want to be without these vitamins! It totally does make a difference in energy levels and just overall feeling “good”. No more “sluggish” feeling from 2pm-5pm. The only downside is they are expensive, BUT if you can find the $, just do it. In my opinion, this is worth the price. Some people find the taste gross, but honestly it’s not as bad as I was expecting for a liquid vitamin. After 2+ months of taking daily, I can honestly say overall, I just “feel” better. It’s hard to explain. Side note: I think it would be so interesting to see lab/bloodwork results “before and after” taking these!

I took it for years and finally realized that my chronic fatigue in the afternoon was from the dip after the B vitamins wore off. These vitamins have a heavy amount of B vitamins in them including B12 and B6 which some people can be sensitive to. So I would feel this jittery energized feeling in the morning then crash in the afternoon after it wore off. It’s not for everyone. After I stopped taking them for a week I didn’t feel that peak and crash during the day anymore I felt more steady throughout the day.

It's a magic liquid , I had pain in my knees and back , after taking it for 3 days the pain is vanished , feeling energetic, no more pain , feeling more active , fantastic , the taste is sooo yummy I like it .... I can drink it every day rather than taking vitamin pills .

Honestly, this is the best liquid vitamin I've ever taken. Doesn't taste un naturally sweet flavour is good and I love the content.
