I'm new to learning about Braille and doing it in case I ever need it - knowledge is power.The Braille chart does explain braille letters; it does what it was intended for. I would advise anyone wanting to become acquainted with Braille to purchase this chart. I didn't give it five (5-) stars because I didn't really know what to expect, and it is sufficient.
