Not much you can say about Silverspoon caster sugar.Caster sugar is a finer grind than granulated, which you have in your tea, but not as fine as icing sugar.It is what you want to use when baking cakes etc.This is 100% sugar and of a very fine quality.It's my 1st choice for baking everytime. (Although you can of course use it as you would ordinary granulated sugar).I hope you found this review helpful.
