Will this fit other air conditioner hose or is it only for inventor chilly air cons?

Not sure , I got someone to cut a hole through a section that leads outside the house. I suppose it's a bit like a cat flap and much easier than placing through a window.

I have a 166cm height window opening, so the slider would be too short. Can you supply a further piece to join onto and extend the slider to 166cm?
