The best magnesium pills I’ve ever had. I love how they work on my body. The pills are a bit big but makes me feel good. I will keep purchasing.

Dosage cited may be misleading
Says serving size is 3 capsules but that’s just the 1st serving of the day. For the day it’s twice a day which is 6 capsules for daily recommended dose. Serving size is actually 41.6 per bottle not 83. Not an accurate measure of monthly cost. Read directions carefully so you don’t make the same mistake I did. An already pricey supplement became twice as expensive.

No other vitamins and easy to swallow; good add on to prenatals
I had to search long and hard for a calcium supplement that didn't include any other vitamins Since I'm adding this to my prenatal, I didn't want to double up on other vitamins. Since your body can only absorb one at a time, most prenatals are lacking in calcium to allow the body to absorb iron. Due to the absorption conflict, I take this in the morning and my prenatal at night. The dosage on the bottle says to take it twice a day, but since my prenatal does have some calcium and magnesium in it (just not enough), I am taking it once a day to add to the amounts my prenatal give me without going above recommended amounts as too much magnesium can be toxic. In terms of the pills themselves, they are easy to swallow and I haven't noticed any side effects. I do try to eat something soon after I take the pills to prevent an upset stomach, but I have on occasion run out of the house without food and my stomach was still okay until I had breakfast an hour later at the office. My only complaint is having to take 3 pills at each dose, but other brands I found which had the 500 mg calcium and 250 mg magnesium that I was looking for had many complaints about the pill size, so I opted to go for more easy-to-swallow pills than 1 pill that is hard to swallow. I am able to take 2 of these pills in one swallow. (I am not a doctor and have made my choice based on personal research and consultation with my doctor regarding my prenatals. I would recommend asking a doctor before you choose a dosage, but if you are advised to take a 500 mg calcium/ 250 mg magnesium supplement, I do recommend this one).

A Great Addition to My Daily Routine
I love the fact that these supplements are gluten-free, devoid of any preservatives, and have no artificial colors. These aspects make them a perfect fit for my daily health-conscious routine. Plus, the price is just right. Way to go, Nature's Way!

Didn't realize I'd be adding 6 huge horse pills to my daily routine. Didn't think to check that.
I take magnesium for overall health of course but specifically because I have MS. It's a pretty important supplement for me but it's also 1 of a couple of meds/vitamins I take obviously. I love the multi vitamin from this brand and I've used the ultra potency woman's multivitamin since probably 2011 and it's been incredibly helpful and clearly shows in my blood work it's doing it's job. Now, the multivitamin is not exactly small but I haven't tried a magnesium supplement yet that was all that large so it never really occurred to me to check that. I love that it has several forms of magnesium to help with usable ubsorbtion and it has calcium which is required to actually absorb magnesium but holy Moses these are huge and you have to take 3 of them TWICE A DAY. I don't plan on buying these again. I for sure don't need to add 6 horse pills to my medication routine. I also use magnesium lotion, which is actually the most usable and easily processed by the body by the way, so this is in addition. There are easier solutions for my secondary way of getting magnesium.
