It’s a door anchor — not much to describe here other than it works great and has held up to lots of pulling with my workouts.

I ordered this door anchor because I have a bad shoulder and am looking to do some band work. The construction seems to be very well made. I can slip this between any door frame in my house. I am not sure what they are asking when they ask about stretch. I guess the lack of stretch? The strap is woven and is very sturdy. Used properly I have no doubt that this product will function as advertised for many years!

Works well but the handle could be sturdier. I'll probably have to replace the product soon.

I can quickly and easily workout every muscle group without a lot of heavy equipment or going to a gym. It is like taking an entire gym everywhere I go in a small light weight bag. I get just as good of a workout with these bands and accessories as I would with much more bulky and expensive equipment and free weights.

I Love that they don't make you feel like you might hurt yourself, they are very well made. They make you WANT to stretch and feel better

I finally have to replace this band. It is still in one piece just no offers me enough resistance. Great item

I moved to a new place and didn't realize that my new "workout" door has a slightly larger clearance at the bottom (almost exactly 1"). The plastic drum's diameter is about 1" but I guess it can be compressed slightly. While I was doing curls the anchor slipped under the clearance and smacked me in the face. Thankfully I'm not stronger, otherwise would have been a knockout. I'm capable of curling 50 lbs for reps so it was merely a knockdown (also skinned elbow). However, it's not entirely my fault because the rubber was partially torn and I haven't used the product that much (maybe 50 times over a year). So my other advice is to inspect the anchor before every use.

usfull equipment ,could do with extra hand grips ,to save having to keep changing them.all in all not to bad.

Me ha gustado el precio, porque estuve mirando y existen de precios muy variados, este tenia un precio muy competitivo y ademas funciona bien para sujetar las bandas de goma a la puerta cuando las utilizo en esos ejercicios. Algo muy sencillo y bueno Saludos,
