Seems well made, very soft but really not so different than using a soft washcloth. It takes about three days fully dry, a lot for such a small size. I believe the moisture can create an ideal environment for bacteria to develop and I am not comfortable with that.

I do like the sponge, but it's small and slippery and tends to slide out of my hand and drop on the shower floor. A larger size would be easier to hold and solve the problem.

I'm not too sure about this. I've used other facial sponges and I can feel them "working." I feel like this one is too soft. I want to give it more time and I will come edit my review if necessary.

Surprising little puff. I was very skeptical of this at first. I kept seeing it offered for review but I just couldn't wrap my mind around how this little thing worked and how it could possibly do anything.I started looking at reviews left about it and talking to others that had reviewed it. I was hearing great things. I gave in and decided to review it for myself.When the sponge first arrived, I went back to the skeptic. I looked at it... this tiny, little stiff ball.... and thought, this is it? Ha! But, I was invested now and, admittedly, I'd been surprised before.I took the little puff and soaked it in water, as directed. It started coming to life. It became much softer but didn't feel much like a sponge. It actually is like a soft, squishy ball.Time for the real test... looks, texture... nothing like that matters... the question is 'Does it work?'It was very simple to use. Just rub it over your skin, with or without a cleanser to remove dirt and other impurities. Simple. Really, it is just that simple.I started with just water.I ran the sponge over my entire face, really paying attention to the 'T' zone where I have the most trouble with my combination of dry, flaky and oily skin.The sponge moved smoothly over my skin, even where I pushed into the areas around the nose, it just moved smoothly along.I could feel my skin getting smoother as I went along. The sponge was gliding along. I stopped to access the results so far and was surprised at how silky smooth my face had become. The dry spots were gone and so were the whiteheads and blackheads. The sponge was still white. No yuck on it from left behind dirt, makeup or whatever hides in those pores.I decided to add a little cleanser and see how it would do. It glided along my skin, cleaning even more and deeper. My skin was absolutely glowing. I was shocked. I've not seen my skin so clean, shiny and fresh looking in years. The sponge... still just a white, little puff. I am obsessed with Konjac Sponges. They really are a superb way to clean your face and free it from all kinds of bacteria.
