If you haven't yet, buy this, for yourself, friends, family, neighbors, mail person, nail person, hostess gift - everyone! The queso in this book is worth the price of the entire book alone (PS we add soy chorizo, the vegan chorizo from Trader Joe's and a can of black beans to it and make THE MOST AMAZING chip dip for parties - even my non-vegan friends are hooked and can't believe it is vegan!), but there are so many delicious recipes in here. I am obsessed with this cookbook and honestly think every person should own this. I actually don't like having a lot of cookbooks (clutter!) and use the internet for most of my cooking inspo, but this book is 110% worth it! And I love the stories and layout by holiday/event, too - a REALLY well thought out book!! And it is beautiful on your countertop!

I have been contemplating moving towards a more plant based diet. What I loved about this book is it gives you options for all the recipes to do either plant based or meat etc, it doesn’t try to preach the benefits of switching to plant based eating.What it does do well is inject Jillian and Tori’s love of life and family. You get a sense of how they are in real life and also I can feel the love they had creating this book.I would recommend this one highly for people like me who are contemplating a change in dietary habits as it offers lots of useful tips to make the change. If nothing else the book is a good look in to both their lives if you are a fan, with gorgeous photos throughout.
