Our water is very hard--is the screen prone to mineral clogging? Can it be cleaned?

I have hard water. And yes they clog. All watering tools with small holes clog But this one comes apart fast and easy for cleaning. I use a stainless steel pad like the ones for dishes I have three of these wands best I have ever found

Does it have a jet spray?

No. It has a shower spray that you can adjust from fine mist to strong downpour, but you cannot adjust the diameter of the spray to get a jet. It's really designed for watering plants, you wouldn't want to spray a plant with a jet it would damage the leaves & wash out the dirt. There are better adjustable brass nozzles available if you want to hose off your walk or deck.

Has anyone had issues with leaking from the hose

I have 3 of these, 1 green for a year and 2 blue gotten recently. I have not had any leaking from the hose end provided you use rubber washers. I did have to unscrew the shower head on the green wand recently and wash it and the large black round seal well. Dirt got in there and I was getting a few stray (directionally) jets shooting out at the perimeter. So, all that was needed was a good cleaning. If you are like me, sometimes these things fall on the ground. I really like this wand, the gentleness of the shower, the solid feeling trigger and the ability to adjust the output flow. Also, I was unable to buy the new ones for about 6 months - other vendor does not ship to Hawaii. The manufacturer kept in touch with me and told me when they were finally available from them.....

can a spray bottle be attatched to the end of this sprayer like a bottle of moss remoer for roofs?

I'm not sure but I don't think it would work. I don't think there would be enough pressure. I like to use this sprayer because it is a softer flow of water.
