These batteries were perfect. I wish I had thought to buy new batteries for my portable phones sooner. We've had 2-3 sets of Wireless portable phones for the home with the answering machine included over the last 10 years. About 4 years ago I purchased during the Thanksgiving Black Friday sale from Office Depot, a set of 5 portable phones with one base and each had his own charging station. This set of 5 AT&T Wireless portable phones for my home, worked great until the batteries died one by one , and we just figured the phones went bad and bought a new set of phones. While waiting for the phones to arrive from Sam's Club, I decided to look on Amazon to see if I could purchase replacement batteries for these AT&T phones. It was a little bit difficult at first searching for the correct battery number and I could not find the exact number there is always one letter off, so I had to really read the fine print and then I found out the one that was one letter off WAS compatible with my set of portable phones. When the batteries arrived I was absolutely thrilled! I put them in the phones immediately and they did have a charge on them, but I went ahead and put them in the Chargers for 24 hours and we've had no problems whatsoever using them. I did buy an extra battery due to the quantity they came in, but the price of the batteries was still under $20 and was well under the replacement cost of the portable phones from Sam's, which was over $113. When the phones did arrive from Sam's we left them in the box and just waited to make sure that our new batteries worked well on our phones and they have had no trouble at all . will sell the phone from Sam's arrived in January and I just took the phones back to the Sam's club store for a refund last Friday.

My cordless phones weren't holding much of a charge anymore so I figured it was time to replace the batteries. After searching I found this pack for a great price and solid reviews, so I made my purchase right away. Batteries arrived quick and packaged nicely. As for the batteries themselves, they looked identical to what I was replacing and the plug that connects it tot he phone was the same. Phones worked as expected once charged for a full day. I did note one of the phones wasn't lasting nearly as long for a new battery, so I reached out to the vendor regarding it. No questions asked or hesitation the vendor replaced my battery immediately and I received my replacement within the week. Honestly for such an inexpensive product I wouldn't have imagined such top notch customer service, but the vendor stands by their product. The vendor even followed up to let me know my package was arriving a day early and to keep a look out for it. It did arrive a whole day early and just like the first, the item was packaged nicely. Replacement works as expected and the cordless phone is back to all day standby off the base.

Installed these a few weeks back as the main living room phone dying after 45 minutes of use. Exact fit, back to new again.

Worked great

I bought a 4 pack of at&t phones about 5 years ago and I loved them up until about a month ago when 3 out of the 4 started dropping calls and then eventually losing power all together when the battery meters all read full. I was researching replacement phones when I decided to see how much the batteries for these phones cost. To my surprise I found these batteries for under 10 bucks for a 3-pack. I figured before I spent over $100 on a new 4-pack of phones, that I would give these a shot. Boy am I glad that I did! These cheapo 3rd party batteries 'fixed' all of the phones that I thought to be broken. Each phone powered up and successfully made test calls before going back on the charger for 16 hrs as recommended by the manufacturer. These batteries actually have a higher mah rating than the factory ones but im just glad that these saved me from wasting money on a new set of phones. So the moral of the story is: If your (not very old) phones are plagued with the problems similar to the ones I was having, like powering down out of no where, or speakerphone speaker sounds like it has blown then give these batteries a try. If I had known how great these battery packs worked I would have bought all 4. I will be ordering at least 1 or maybe more just to have on standby. Excellent Product! Buy em!

They fit well in my phones

I ordered these batteries as replacements for our current 6 year old phones. I received them quickly and undamaged. Got a good price for a set of five. I held off with the review because I wanted to see how they would hold up first. No problems. I put them in, connected right up and charged right up. The batteries hold their charge well and my phones work just like they did from day one. So I guess you would say they pass the test for longevity with flying colors. So I got my money's worth and so will you. You need to make sure of the replacement numbers and look hard at your battery and the one in the picture to see if they match up. Make sure the connectors match up as well otherwise you will be sending them back or soldering wire connectors to make it work. (Not recommended)
